I have been using vacuum storage bags for years and years. I've used every brand that exists, and normally I am prepared for at least 1 bag in each box not staying airtight longer than a day -- regardless of the brand. I've used hefty, magic bag, space bag, and zip lock. And no matter what, I just go into the project knowing that 1 bag out of maybe 8 will go straight into the trash and I just thank the Storage Gods that the bags were ever invented in the first place and I regard the lost bag as a sacrifice. BUT THESE BAGS!!!! The Storage Gods require NO SACRIFICE!!! I cannot believe it!! These bags deserve a trillion stars to light up their own universe. I'm packing for for a cross country move and after I packed all of my clothes in these bags, put them in plastic totes, and checked on them a week later to see which ones needed to be replaced, I was SHOCKED to discover that ALL of the bags were still tightly sealed and my clothes were snuggly protected. If half of life worked half this well then the world would be a better place ... show more

great vacuum storage bags. works perfectly fine with a regular vacuum, but the included hand pump is a nice touch. i have no issues with the product, but i just wished the bags had a size label somewhere on them to easily differentiate them. i ordered 5 boxes of these and having to take them all out of the box and spread them out to determine which size is which is a hassle ... show more

I used this to maximize storage space in a small space. The bags are easy to open, but don't fit as much as I thought they would. The hand pump is definitely useless and doesn't do anything. However, the bags shrink down quickly if you use an actual vacuum. It fits tightly to the shape of what's inside it once it's vacuum sealed. The blue zipper to shut the bags is also temperamental. It comes off easily, but also goes on easily. I still had to run my fingers along the seal to make sure it was completely shut though. Overall decent purchase though. ... show more

I used these when moving across country and it SAVED us sooo much space. I couldn't believe how tight the bags would get! I also bought more bags at target because I ran out and those bags didn't keep the air out like these ones did. These were WAY better. These vacuum storage bags are awesome and the pump that it comes with is so easy to use. I was able to vacuum seal 4-5 days worth of clothes and other necessities in the bags and have it all fit inside a standard size backpack that I brought with me on a plane and didn't have to pay a dime. Paying for a carry-on or any check-in bags at an airport is not cheap so the fact that this product saved me money is AWESOME!!! ... show more

Got this product to store my stuff. Hoping that it will keep bugs, dust, etc away. It really shrinks down to save room! So far it seems great, so we’ll see if it stay sealed over time. The ziplock includes a sliding mechanism to make sealing much easier too. I recommend using a vacuum instead of the pump that is included. Honestly wish they wouldn’t include a pump because I bought 3 different sized bags and am now stuck with 3 cheesy pumps to contribute to the landfill. But overall very happy so far ... show more

Needed to save my granddaughters clothes by size to pass on to a friend as her baby, due in September, needs them. The small bags were a perfect size for baby clothes. Thinking I would need to use my vacuum, I was surprised to find that the bags came with a hand held suction pump. I don't have good arm strength but thought, ok, I'll try the pump on one bag....OMG!! So easy to use and works very quickly to get the air out.... the fact that the pump screws right on to the bag is awesome! DEFINITELY recommend these bags in any size. ... show more
