    • Nice Gift
Easy to use, just pop the insert in the freezer. It doesn't chill the wine as advertised, so you should refrigerate the bottle first. After that, it does keep it chilled

    • Keeps wine chilled
Keeps wine chilled. Plastic outer shell gives it a cheap vibe. Once in the container you have to pour with entire container which can be awkward. Bottle doesn’t come out of container easily to our like a standard chiller.

    • Melts too fast
I purchased this because I am a Brand Ambassador performing wine tastings in stores and often I have to pour a white wine that hadn't been chilled prior to my arrival. The product wad easy to use, attractive, and arrived in a timely manner however Y shifts are 3 hrs long and the ice pack melted before my shift was over. I don't hate it so I'll use anyway but was hoping for more. ... show more

    • Works
It’s plastic tub with a ice pack that fits around the inside container!! Simple but it works good! I had electric one that stop cooling this is always good as long as you put ice pack in freezer before use! Should be cheaper!!

    • Great chiller
We recently bought this chiller to keep our white and rose bottles chilled while drinking. And we have found it very useful and easy to use. Keeps the bottle well chilled. Do not have to deal with melting ice. Love it so far. And good value for money.

    • cheap-looking plastic, so-so results.
I bought this for my wife's birthday so honestly I was both angry and embarrassed when she pulled it out of the box. It was very cheap-looking plastic. It was dirty-looking around the bottom and looked as if it had been used. I was set to send it batch (I've never returned any product I've purchased here) but the dirt-or dust or whatever it was- wiped off. We put the sleeve in the fridge for the recommended amount of time, installed it and then placed a roon-temp bottle of wine in it. The first thing we noticed that the top quarter of the bottle was sticking out of the sleeve and therefore not getting cold. The ad said it would chill a bottle of wine in 5 minutes. We waited about 10 or 15, I think, The bottom of the bottle was cold to the touch, but the wine was at most "slightly chilled". I was over it, for sure. But my wife liked it and wanted to give it another try. Since then she has used it a couple of more times where she left the bottle in a much longer time. She told me the wine got very cold that time, but as the sleeve began to melt the wine warmed up. First of all if it's going to take 30 minutes to really get cold then we already have something that will do that; it's called our freezer. Second, if it's not going to at least "keep it" cold once it finally gets it cold then for me this is a total bust. ... show more

    • cools wine quickly
First saw this in a restaurant. This wine cooler makes it so easy to keep our wine chilled when we are outside BBQ'ing or by the pool

    • Perfect for when I don't have a bottle in the fridge!
I really like this chiller. My favorite feature is that the whole thing doesn't have to go in the freezer, just the ice ring so it doesn't take up a ton of space. The shell is pretty strong plastic, so it's light but sturdy. It's perfect for when I forget to put a bottle in the fridge.
