This bag looks great and seems to be of pretty good quality. My only gripe with that is the shoulder strap - it's very thin, the clasps appear cheap. I'll use a strap from my old bag. The inner dividers are sewn to one side and left to flap around aimlessly. The manufacturer should have added a small patch of Velcro to keep them in place. Mildly annoying, but not a deal breaker by any means, in my opinion. The *real* negative is the size of the bag - it's about an inch too small in every dimension. This bag will fit 3 standard 750ml Sauvignon Blanc bottles with ease, but wide bottles (Pinot noir, chardonnay) or anything abnormally tall will be a challenge. Liter bottles, be them wine or spirits, are simply too large - I can fit 2 liters in the bag, but it's tight. I'll keep the bag, as my old one is in shambles, but I'm going to continue to look for something to better suit my needs. ... show more

I got this to store wine in my luggage when we travel back home from overseas trips. We don’t like clutter, so we get Holiday tree ornaments and consumables to remember our travels in order to keep clutter down in our home. This way we can relive the trip every year when we decorate our tree, and drink wine from all over the world! This bag has been great for that. It keeps the bottles separate and secure. I do wrap the bottles in plastic before putting them in this bag and then wrap the bag before placing in my luggage, just in case one of the bottles breaks or a cork pops, but so far we have been lucky. The bag is easy to carry around and packs up flat for storage, and I simply keep it in my empty luggage. I could definitely see taking this to wine country to cart wine around as well and I love the handy carrying strap! I have multiple 2 bottle carriers but recently have a lot of older bottles to try (moved my cellar back out of professional storage). This means when I go to a BYOB restaurant instead of my usual 2 bottles (a white and a red), I need to take an extra wine as a backup in case one of these older bottles does not perform, this carrier is perfect. Note: to fit 3 wide bottles (Burgundy-style bottles) you need to put the one in the center upside down, then all 3 will fit. What's with these customers whining about the size of the bag not fitting three bottles? It fits three perfectly--in fact, only one of my bottles was a skinny red. The other two were a Pinot Noir and a Chardonnay--both with a wider bottom. I didn't think I'd like the flaps at first either, but soon realized that this makes the bag far more versatile so I echo some of the other reviews about enjoying the flaps.
