I have a small cleaning business. I detail cars and clean upholstery. I have been told so many times that my cleaning is unmatched and I'd like to take all the credit but this machine does wonders. Steam lasts a long time, so many attachments. Its exactly what I wanted in a steamer. 10/10.

It's a real good vacuum it's motor is quite powerfull making it's suction power superb. Using it for a few months there are just a few positive and negative. Positive: 8 gallon size is just right not too bulky and not too small. Powerful motor, and so suction is great! Various attachments makes it ideal. Built is very durable, can take rigorous use without breaking. Negative: The wet vacuum aspect needs a tiny 9 volt battery sparete from the supplied power, when it goes dead or the first time you have to remember that's it's there otherwise you might want to return it saying it stopped working. The hose that carries the chemicals to spray breaks easily, so right now that feature is not working for me. The drain plug is way above the base, so it's almost impossible to drain all the water after sucking up liquid. ... show more

DONT BUY!!! Broken motor or something right out of the box.. bought it to clean my couch because my dog peed on it and figured I could use it on the rug too so I got this model. The detergent part worked and was squirting out detergent all over my sofa but would not suck up with the vacuum part push the button did all the troubleshooting took the whole thing apart as suggested obviously nothing was clogged because I never even got to use the thing so there was nothing to clog it with. Apparently the shampooing part liquid part is separate entity so that part can work while the vacuum motor still doesn’t work so now I have to box this entire thing back up bring it back to UPS and my couch is soaking wet because of all the fluid that went all over the couch to clean it, but now there’s nothing to suck it up with. ... show more

I have only used this once so far as I finally after many many years had to replace my Bissell tank cleaner that worked great only do to could not get a few hose parts. 4 cats. They mark. I'm 82. Most stand up shampooers are a chore to use and even worse to clean. The spot cleaners require bending over or siting on the floor. that's a problem for me now. I have been using this for a few days, getting old markings up. WONDERFUL. I spray carpet shampoo mixed with water in a spray bottle. leave for about 1/2 hr. Use clear water spray and vac on this.
