I usually am not bothered by my farmer's tan but realized some medication I am on made me hyper sensitive to the sun and developed a bad sun rash and sunburn. That was not fun. So the tradeoff is that now I need to be covered. I tried a long sleeve UPF shirt but it was way too hot. Luckily I thought about sleeves and came across this product. I go out a few times a day to walk my dogs. Having to change into a long sleeve top is just not convenient. I like being able to stay in my outfit of choice each day and even have some air from the gap between the upper edge and my shirt or being able to push my short sleeves over my shoulders for airing the pits : ) The sleeves feel nice and cool- a bit of light compression and a cooling feature. The material is like pantyhose tights. I did catch a bit of a snag on one but it isn’t a big deal and doesn’t impact coverage. I've had to wear sleeves for the last 7 year due to skin cancer. I've used several different brands of sleeves over the years. These sleeves stretch well and seem very durable. They dont get as shriveled as some of the other sleeves seem to do. They are not perfect but are better than most.

I didn’t expect much from these because of five pair for under $15 but I was wrong. They are comfortable, fit well, protect from the sun and keep my arms cool when I golf. Unfortunately they took a long time to be delivered. If you buy them my only tip is to make sure they are not inside out when you wash them. Some of the threads will come loose and tie up other things in the laundry. They still fit OK though. Less than $3 a pair? OMG what a value. ... show more

These arm sleeves are great to wear during pruning to prevent branches and leaves scratching skin. They are comfortable, cool to wear, and I wore them in 90 degree weather without any problem. However, the fabric seams raveled when laundered in washing machine, and I will try hand washing.

I have 12 inch circumference bicep and these are not tight on me however they do roll at the bicep on the inner part that touches your body. If you have skinny arms they shouldn’t roll up at all. They are also really hot to wear, which I never considered as these are the first sleeves I have tried. I live in texas and it’s now summer, so I probably won’t wear these for most of the year. I only got these because I work in vet med and I wanted something to protect my arms from scratches. ... show more
