The media could not be loaded. When I received it, it had been completely taped back up. It had been open previously. I don’t know what was supposed to be in there and what wasn’t. I don’t know. It was awful, but the actual function of the piece that came with it does not work the rod is supposed to go down into the glue bring glue out onto the rod that you can put onto the hair that you’re trying to apply to your Regular hair and it doesn’t bring out any glue. It’s ridiculous. What’s the point in spending $275 on something if you can’t get the glue to come out properly I made a horrible mess instead of pulling the glue out on the rod like it’s supposed to Completely disappointed ... show more

Sadly unfortunately this arrived with the glue tubes dried up. There was no glue inside to be used and it was useless for me to use in anyway. Although the device looks really nice and it looks like it would be pretty great and it has the same as a comb line device which I have used many times. It’s easy to hold and grip and has a good handle and very easy to use. The brush and case that it comes with is very nice as well and strong. My only issue is that no glue was included and it was not useable without the glue. ... show more

The glue sets fast—like within 5 seconds—so you have to work quickly, but the hold is seriously impressive. Loved that it came with all the essentials, including the curing agent and remover. I did knock off one star because the instructions could be a little clearer for beginners, but overall, I’m really happy with the results.
