Considering all the reviews to date are 'Vine customer reviews of a free product'. I thought I'd give a little more insight from the perspective of a customer that actually paid for it. So, I just received this scope. Gotta say, it was delivered amazingly fast....Amazon's fastest so far for me...4 pm order, 8am next day delivery. Initial impressions...I like how compact it is, and it does have a good feel and weight to it. It's a good looking little scope. Glass is clear, the AO and eye piece work as they should. Adjustment is smooth on both. Turret clicks are ok... testing, they are slightly mushy and have a little bit of play. The clicks don't really correspond to the turret markings...i am counting 5ish clicks to 4 markings on the turrets. They also seemed to get a little tighter as you rotate them 180 degrees and ease up when going back to the '0' mark. Turns out the scope came not mechanically centered. Once I did that the turrets seemed to loosen up, but are still slightly mushy and still have a little bit of play.... but for the price, it's hard to be disappointed in that. I was able to get the elevation knob to loosen so you can reset your zero when sighted in. The windage knob, I can't get to break loose even with the turret screw completely out. Gotta figure that out.... I like the turret lock, a zero stop would be nice, but I knew it didn't have one going in. Illumination seems ok, the brightness range is more like off/medium/high, instead of a gradual increase/decrease... but maybe my eyes just can't pick up on the difference, especially in daylight. I'm not really after the illumination on this purchase anyway though. So not a big deal to me. Crosshairs are also ok. I'd prefer something even more basic... like just a crosshair or something with just dots below center, instead on all lines. But it is what it is, and it's not terrible. If it holds zero (I expect it will) it'll be a good value. It's a $55+/- Chinese optic...keep your expectations in check and you won't be disappointed. After mounting and testing I'll follow-up with a after action report. So... 4 stars on the initial impression. ... show more

The illuminated retical is slightly over it on bright setting ,but 4 other spots and a parallax at eye relief cleans things up . Fixed power guys !

holds zero, clear and bright, has been durable for hundreds of rounds of 556 and takes a beating as its mounted on a gun that bounces around in the truck. definitely would buy another if this one ever breaks
