This is soft and pillowy. I love it under my sheet because it makes my bed feel softer. I use elastic corners to tighten all of my sheets so I think it's a plus with this one because it seems to not fit as tight on my mattress as I would like. I love how thick and soft the pad is. One issue is that there is not clean edges so the edge of the mattress is all bumpy. Once you put the comforter over it, you can't see it, but it is still there. That is the only issue. Otherwise fits the mattress great. Good quality for the price.
