Since my livingroom is small, I use a twin size bed with bolster and large pillows as a sofa. I had been looking for a cover that would fully encase the mattress and foam top (12 inches total) to give it a clean look. The mattress pad I purchased before would not fully reach under the mattress and I kept having to pull it down so the bottom of the mattress would not be exposed. However, this mattress pad not only fully covered the mattress (and foam top) snugly, but it reached under the mattress, fully encasing my mattress/pad and giving it a clean unified look. So far I'm loving this mattress pad. It fits our king bed well - not perfect, but well - and there's very little bagging on the sides where you tuck it under the mattress. I sit in bed and read, and every day I would have to straighten and re-tuck the bottom sheet when making the bed because there would be a ton of wrinkles where I sit. They were caused by the ill-fitting mattress pad underneath. This is no longer happening. This pad does say put, as many other folks have commented. It comes shrink-wrapped, so I put it in the dryer on steam dry and it puffed up nicely. I'd say it's a pretty amazing product for the price. ... show more

I gave it four stars becasuse it doesn't fit tightly on the mattress. It's most likely becasue my mattress isn't thick enough. However, we are keeping it becasue it is comfortable. Be aware that it arrives in a flattened condition and takes two or three days to puff up befoe you can put it on the bed. ... show more

This is absolutely amazing and so worth the money!! I read someone’s review that said once you receive it, throw it in the dryer for 20 mins so that it fluffs up. Otherwise, you are supposed to keep it out for 24-48 hours so that it expands by itself. I put 2 dryer sheets in with it to get rid of any smells trapped in it. Once it fluffed up in the dryer, I put it onto my flat and hard terrible ikea mattress, and it instantly made the mattress feel so much better. I am so excited for quality sleep ahead!! ... show more
