    • Not enough tilt
Easy to install(user error for breaking off my drill bit in the wall, oops). Only complaint is that it doesnt tilt down as much as the photos made it look like. So its not as tilted down at my bed as I'd like, might have to move the entire mount down to get the desired angle

    • Nice once up, but unnecessarily difficult install
This is a nice quality mount and works well once installed, but installation is needlessly complicated. It comes with a hex wrench to adjust the tilt/rotation once installed, but does not come with one the right size for the actual bolts that go into the wall. You also aren’t supposed to use a power tool to do it (aside from drilling the initial holes). So we had to use an adjustable wrench, which was awkward and a lot of effort since these were being driven into a stud. As with most TV installations, you put a bracket on the TV then hang the TV on the arm, which is then further secured by a screw or knob. This one is held together by two tiny screws and two tiny nuts (one goes on each side). Since you have to completely remove them and then put them back in once the arm is installed, not only is the tiny size difficult to deal with, but the nut needs to be slipped under which is very very difficult due to the limited space once the TV is hanging there. We ended up putting double sided tape on our fingers to get it held up in there enough so we could secure it. Finally, since they don’t include a paper template to use for drilling on the wall like most other arms do, even that was more difficult than needed. This should have been a ten minute job for one person, that took two people over an hour. Again, once up, I’m satisfied with it - especially for the price - but it was just needlessly difficult to install. ... show more
