My amazing boyfriend assembled this for me while I was away, and I believe it took him about 2-3 hours to build on his own. It is pretty sturdy and makes my makeup station feel more expensive. The one thing I don't like is that you have to cycle through all the light colors to turn them off, but realistically that is a problem that takes less than 2 seconds of your life. ... show more

The directions are pictures step by step very easy to understand. All you need is a screwdriver to screw each nail in. All in alphabetical order A-P. Wood a little cheap but definitely worth it.
