The glass bottle and dropper make it easy to dispense. The taste is very sweet, like berry candy. It doesn't linger after I swallow it. What I liked about this product: Nice dark glass bottle and glass dropper. Dropper does not have measurements on the dropper end but the dosage is half a dropper daily. It must be absorb under your tongue for the recommend time or you will not get the vitamin effect. FDA does not regulate any non prescription items, so they can claim anything they want to without any evidence the product does as it claims. Therefore it’s a subjective item. It does not have a child proof type dropper so store it in a safe place that is out of a toddlers reach. The ingredients listed are truly non artificial. No added sugar. There is no way to measure in a normal house hold setting the efficacy but herbs were the original medicines. Do your own due diligence on herb research to see which one is best for you. I like the idea of these drops as a way to get some Vitamin B12. I haven't tried sublingual drops before so this was an interesting experience for me. I don't really care for the very sweet taste but at least it doesn't take like cherry cough medicine. I appreciate that it is a USDA organic product and that it is made in the US. I like these b12 drops, I get a slight boost to my day. I find liquid is the best way to get absorbed. And these taste good with a hint of berry. These have 5000mg, which is a lot.
