This supplement contains a very high level of B12, so consult your doctor if this is right for you. I need more B12, so I felt ok selecting this product. It appears to be pretty high quality. The glass bottle and dropper make it easy to dispense. The taste is very sweet, like berry candy. It doesn't linger after I swallow it. You hold the liquid under your tongue for 30 seconds, according to the directions. I can't speak to exactly how effective it is, but I think it's working.

What I liked about this product: Nice dark glass bottle and glass dropper. Dropper does not have measurements on the dropper end but the dosage is half a dropper daily. It must be absorb under your tongue for the recommend time or you will not get the vitamin effect. FDA does not regulate any non prescription items, so they can claim anything they want to without any evidence the product does as it claims. Therefore it’s a subjective item. It does not have a child proof type dropper so store it in a safe place that is out of a toddlers reach. The ingredients listed are truly non artificial. No added sugar. There is no way to measure in a normal house hold setting the efficacy but herbs were the original medicines. Do your own due diligence on herb research to see which one is best for you. I recommend the product due to natural ingredients and good consistency. The thing I didn’t like about this product: The dropper is not labeled for accurate dosing.

I’ve been using sublingual B vitamins for over 10 years (started in grad school after becoming dehydrated from drinking too much coffee, lol). I think the taste is good, and the price point is decent for something that’s a 2 month supply (if you’re using it once a day, serving size is 1/2 a dropper).

I like the idea of these drops as a way to get some Vitamin B12. I haven't tried sublingual drops before so this was an interesting experience for me. I don't really care for the very sweet taste but at least it doesn't take like cherry cough medicine. I appreciate that it is a USDA organic product and that it is made in the US. Only time will tell if it does it job.

I’ve been trying to cut back on my meat consumption but felt like I hit a wall and was sluggish and unfocused. Before going back to meat I thought I’d try this as I’m lacking b12 and I feel so much better. Tons of energy and like my old self. This was a huge boost and helps me while I continue to focus on a meat free diet. Tastes decent too which is a big help. I squirt some in my water bottle and sip on it through the day for that added boost without caffeine.

B12 isn't just for vegans. It's for all of us because we lose the ability to absorb it as we grow older. Sublingual B12 is an easy and effective way to get your daily or weekly dose which is why I like these drops. The suggested use is to put 1/2 a dropper full under your tongue and hold it for 30 seconds which helps your system absorb it better. It also tastes great and isn't too bitter. Each dropper full has 5000 mcg so if you don't absorb it all, you'll still have what you need.

Vitamin B12 Sublingual Drops have become a staple in my routine. I like these b12 drops, I get a slight boost to my day. I find liquid is the best way to get absorbed. And these taste good with a hint of berry. These have 5000mg, which is a lot. Only have to take 1/2 dropper so you get 60 doses. Label says made in USA Happiness guaranteed.. Expiration good for 2 years..
