First off, unit is small and very easy to setup. Device worked great, as intended. Switching between PCs worked seamlessly. After some time, I started getting a USB device not recognized message on both the PC. I reached out to the seller and their customer service is top notch. I never got this level of customer service from any seller on Amazon. They offered some suggestions and when that didn't resolve, they sent a new device. More than their product, its the customer service that deserves 5 stars.

Works great with my Logitech unifying receiver for sharing my keyboard and mouse and other USB devices. It struggled with switching HDMI between my laptop and my hdmi 32" LG monitor. I gave it 4 stars instead of three because the issue may be with my Lenovo laptop and my multi-monitor setup. I was trying to switch only one of my two monitors out... either the switch wasn't properly communicating through the hdmi or the laptop was getting confused with only one of the monitors being switched out.

I was pleasantly suprised - it's working perfect, and comes with a "remote" switch that allows you to switch between computers with a button that can be placed inches from your hands. After troubleshooting, another working unit was sent out very quickly. The Customer Service thoroughly worked through some troubleshooting, before determining a new device was needed, and it was sent next day. Very easy to work with, once I was able to reach them. I’m not sure how others got in touch with the seller to resolve the USB port not working, after working just fine for 2 weeks. I tried the generic trouble shooting, and that was not successful. Need help. Thanks!

One of these days I will learn my lesson on trying to save a few bucks buying no name off brand stuff from this site. These brands are cheaper because of quality control, or lack thereof. I have no doubt that SOME of their devices work flawlessly, but you are basically gambling with these purchases. About a 50/50 shot that you get a dud or not. I got a dud. USB connectors would constantly toggle on or off, the resolution of the screen would randomly change when switching between computers. The item I received is totally useless

Initial set up was easy and switch was working great. Clean install with all source wires on the backside of the switch with shared items (mouse, keyboard usb thumb drives) accessible from the front. Unit is small and easy to keep on desktop. Switching is quick and smooth. I did have a small issue after about a month of use but I reached out to the seller and they've have been great as others have pointed out. They respond quickly and offer suggestions to help and provide options to resolve any issues. Wish all support was like that. Thanks!!!

It's small and seems like a decent switch, but it wouldn't work with my monitor for some reason, whereas a different KVM worked fine. Also, it doesn't come with HDMI cables or a remote.
