It’s very lightweight and comfortable. I was disappointed that the aux cord was so short. Because I didn’t realize I didn’t have a usb port so I’m not able to use the mute button which was my whole point of purchase. Not their fault.

I read a lot of reviews before purchasing this headset. I decided to take a chance and purchase it because most of the reviews were positive. And I must say, I am glad I did. The headset is a great quality for the price. It keeps out most of the background noise so I can talk comfortably in a loud office. The microphone quality is great. I can hear callers crystal clear and they hear me crystal clear too. It’s very lightweight. And I often take my headphones on and off throughout the day so I don’t have any issue with it hurting my ears. This is great quality, for a great price and I’m extremely pleased with my purchase. I would definitely purchase again.

Pros: Comfortable, while not sealing, does a decent job of limiting external noise Does a nice job of covering the ears, not a sloppy fit. A little tight. (Better than loose!) Generous adjustment for head size, and not poorly made, looks like it will last. Nice sound quality for Zoom. The headphones are somewhat bassy, but not excessively so. The mic is well balanced, i.e., it generates natural sounding audio, with no apparent emphasis. Neither is it tinny, nor bassy. The noise reduction with Zoom is excellent. I have high fan noise from electronic equipment and it does not pick that up, but an alarm tone generated by the equipment (like a busy signal), does come through quite nicely. I don't listen to music, so I can't rate their sound quality for music) Plug and Play for Windows 10 Pro. Recognized by O/S with no external drivers. Standard 3.5 mm plug so you can either use with a phone jack, or use the dongle to connect to USB. Cons: I can't think of any, if this headset lasts.

My MPOW wired USB headset got me through COVID WFH and then some but the earpieces are finally starting to wear and look pretty bad though the headset itself still works perfectly. I love having a USB headset with on-cord controls because it's a pain to have to move myself on and off MUTE using the various conferencing applications my company uses. Having a simple backlit manual button is the only way for me and after likely tens of thousands of presses my old buttons still work perfectly. I would have bought the MPOW headset again in a heartbeat but can no longer find it on Amazon. Then I found this model that is basically identical in every way except for the branding. So I figure this came from the same factory as my tried and true MPOW headset. The new headset feels tighter than my three-year old MPOWs but I realize that in three years a headset tends to get broken in. Every other aspect seems identical and if these last half as long as my last pair I'll be very happy with them at this very low price point!

This replaced a headset/mic combo I have used and liked for years, but had quality issues. This headset was only slightly more expensive but was a big upgrade in quality. Having the volume control and mute buttons on the cord are quite handy. The headset and cords are sturdy sturdy and the sound quality is quite good for the price. Using the controller does take up a USB port on your PC/laptop so be aware of that. It worked immediately on installation with no issues (Windows 11). The only drawback is that they're pretty snug - good for sound isolation but can they get a little uncomfortable over a couple of hours. However, I expect they'll loosen up a bit over time. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

This is my second purchase of this excellent headset. Over the past several years I have used my first set daily so that the ear pads are worn down to the foam rubber and I managed at some point to crack the head piece, requiring some duct tape to hold it together, but the headset still works perfectly. I bought this new set so I could give my old set a peaceful retirement. The signal strength of both the speakers and the microphone is excellent and the new speakers are nearly noise cancelling despite being an on-ear design.
