I bought these 3 yrs ago for phone calls for my work from home job, they were great but suddenly stopped working (I guess I wore them out) but I really liked them so just bought a new pair. Great product for the price 👍🏻

    • Pretty good headset for video calls
I use this with GoToMeeting, Zoom, and WebEx. The sound quality is pretty good for the price. This is intended for calls, not for listening to music. But I sometimes have music playing while I work, and it works fine for that too. It only covers one ear, which is exactly what I want so that I can still hear what is going on in the room and can hear my own voice accurately. The boom mic rotates so that it can be used on either side. The boom is probably 6 to 7 inches long and is very flexible which allows me to place the mic wherever I want it. Totally plug and play on Windows. I use a Citrix Virtual Desktop (VDI) for work and this shows up just fine since it is USB. The headset is lightweight and comfortable, the cord is plenty long, and the volume is great. The only negative for me is the volume control / mute button on the cord. *update* The company Call EZ reached out and sent a pair directly to me and they work right. Awesome customer service. I'm so glad I got a working pair because they are very comfortable and the mute button is so convenient. I have rasied the rating now I have a working set. Original review: I had to return the first pair because of background noise issue and second pair is no better. Callers hear steady background noise, like a low pitch ring the entire call. They also have terrible noice cancellation. My $5 Dollar General earbuds preform better for both call quality and noice cancellation. I'm very disappointed because they are quite comfortable and have a handy mute button. ... show more

    • Worth it, but may be slightly uncomfortable for some
I wish the side without the speaker was softer. I will have to get some foam to glue on or something cuz it does hurt. I have really thin hair so no padding like some may have. And I have a small head, so where it sits can be a little weird. I find myself adjusting a lot. I love that the mic can be adjusted anywhere. Makes it easier for me when I am having to work with users who cant hear well. Definitely worth it overall and my husband will be getting a set too for his job. ... show more

Good value for the price. Clear sound through the speaker and microphone. Good background noise cancellation. The speaker is fine for voice conversations and general sound quality, but it's not great for music audio quality. That's not what I use it for, so not important. The microphone still has a little sibilance for "s" and "p" sounds, but it's much better than speaking into a built-in microphone on a laptop computer or webcam. ... show more

This headset is pretty comfortable. I could hear well and from what I understand, people could hear me - right until I hit the 6 month mark. Now I need to jiggle the cord to be able to hear my calls. Not call for a week where I have a bunch of training. Guess I'll be ordering another one today!

    • Speaker was crackly
The conform was fine, but the speaker would make popping sounds that I could not correct. It was very distracting and made listening unbearable. I did not get a chance to test the mic. The sound quality would have been good, had it not been for the constant popping.
