I started my YouTube channel recently and Looking in the market for a good beginner mic. I am looking at the factor that is suitable for a budget, this mic seems have a complete package. The package is secured in the hard paper box which potentially make it a great gift. It comes with a XLR mic, a XLR CABLE, a good built adjustable arm, few straps for managerial. The setup is really easy, I found the clamp of the arm is a-bit to loose to hold on the table. If it can be a slight bigger clamp will be much better. The mic itself is actually quite good in quality, it was well built and a fully usable condenser mic. The sound quality I found it to be good enough for podcast, and my live streams. The sound is clear and really minimize the noise in the room. The muffler is a good additional too. For this decent low price, I can say it fits my needs, but again, I would upgrade to a more sturdy arm if I can go higher in budget. it is still plenty usable for low cost. ... show more

I have no issues with this unit. I bought this microphone for PC streaming, and it works fine. I wish the quality were cleaner, like my Yeti mic or HyperX headset, but it's a great starter mic.

I stream on Twitch through my PS4 and wanted a boom mic, but didn't want to spend a lot of money. Tried this and it works great. My buddies say that it sounds clearer than my Turtle Beach headset. Setup was plug and play with my PS4. Highly recommend!

Setting up the microphone was simple enough with every part going into place. However, the clamp on the stand that is meant to be placed near the edge of a table began to have the plastic pads scrape off as I screwed it tighter. The stand occasionally tips forward and only stops at a certain angle. In other words, the microphone never stands up straight in my case. The tightening knobs can occasionally fail, causing the microphone to unexpectedly turn and swivel after tightening the knobs completely. I can never seem to make the microphone stay in one place without having it spin around. The sound quality is very clean and I am very satisfied with using the microphone. It does require a bit of sound clean up to remove some background noise, but I rarely have that issue when I am in online calls. If you can get around the set up process and manage to get your stand to stand up straight, you will not be disappointed with this microphone. This is a solid option to consider. ... show more
