I decided to purchase this product based on the reviews. Most of them say it is a great item for the price and I agree. I had been in need of headphones but had put off buying them because I didn't was between spending a lot of money or compromising for decent headphones, however when I saw this kit included some it worked out great. They feel comfortable and secure on the head though they are not noise cancelling, they still do the job and the cord is nice and thick which makes me trust it won't be ripping open anytime soon. The mic set up is lovely and easy. It took me a couple minutes to set up on my desk and it looks great and professional, it makes me want to record something. As for the mic itself it is of great quality. I needed one after the cheap lavalier mic I bought just did not hold up, and this has been great. The audio is clear and the mic's sensitivity is great as I've grown interested in making ASMR. All in all, a great purchase. Would recommend.

Did my first ever podcast as a guest. Bought this mic because podcast host said I should have a real mic 😀 Very first thing he said on the warm up part of the call was you sound GREAT. You must have a professional quality mic. Very pleased. Not 5 stars because I don’t love the way the microphone cradle screws onto the arm. You have to screw it on but the piece that holds it into the arm moves, so it is difficult to get it snug enough so it doesn’t slip.

Just bought this the other day. As a former radio station employee turned podcaster, I wanted new equipment but didn't want to go crazy spending too much money. I saw this and it seemed to have pretty consistently good reviews so I decided to go ahead and buy it. It came very quickly and once I opened the box it was all packed nicely inside foam cut outs and looked very nice. Set up was a breeze, I'm pretty sure even a novice would have no problems whatsoever. All I did was plug it in and everything worked very well. It does pick up background noise such as the TV, so if you have a loud home just be aware you might need to soundproof or find better noise canceling. Otherwise, so far everything feels sturdy, works well, and seems to be a good investment, especially for the price. Someday I might go fancy and buy expensive equipment. But for podcasts I think it'll do pretty well. Make sure you keep the box as everything fits in there just right. If I have any problems down the road I'll be sure to edit. For the price you really can't go wrong. I'm not sure what the deal was with other people saying they received the wrong microphone cord? Everything here is exactly as described and pretty good quality.

This microphone is great, honestly. I've been through a few and by far this one sounds the best straight out of the box. You may find it does pick up some background noise, my computer fans that are relatively quiet produce a little noise that the microphone will pick up without any filters (Isn't really a bother), however, the moment I apply filters it immediately sounds perfect. The balance on the microphone is notable, you will enjoy this. It made me very happy lol. Great for Discord or any calls, Great for gaming, Perfect for streaming and recording. Doesn't come with any control panel, so you'll need to depend on your own software. If you have streamlabs and want to utilize this microphone for streaming/recording a few filters wouldn't hurt. The same goes for OBS. Be sure to go to your audio devices (Windows Control Panel), select the microphone, and update the sample rate from its default to 24 bit, 192000 Hz (Under the Advanced tab after you select the properties of the microphone in the bottom right of the window) so you can use what you paid for. <3
