Only used it a few times so far, but it works fine with my Galaxy Note 9. My only concern is the durability. I have one in my camper and another in a laptop bag for travelling. We'll see how they hold up. But the cable strain reliefs are better quality than you find on most regular charging cables.

Without the phone case, it's an easy fit. I believe all or most users use a phone case. I can't be removing the phone case all the time just so that it will fit. I didn't want to return either, hate the hassle, and because I knew a solution. I had to cut, trim and file the head/handle part (see pics) in order for it to fit the phone's USB C connection. It's my bad that I didn't think of this before I ordered. I guess I assumed that it will fit.
