I realize that some items are defective, but this was a very expensive mistake! This power supply got so hot it destroyed two Lenovo Thinkpads. I didn't realize it was the culprit when it burned up the first, and foolishly then plugged it into the second. This thing is likely dangerous. The plug is hot enough to burn your skin. I looked up the number on my old charger and put it in. This is what came up. I got it came super fast great just like the original charger.

I bought this charger for my son and it broke in less than 90 days. The usb separated from the charger. It did get unusually hot as well. If you are unplugging a lot, you may want to reconsider. Other than that, it worked fine.
