The quality of the bottle is quite good and the seal is sufficient to prevent leaks even when the bottle is set to flow vs no flow. Disassembly is easy to clean. Meh. These are leakproof and the right size to fit in the peloton cup holders, which are ridiculously small. I find it hard to drink out of because I have to squeeze so hard. The leakproof isn’t a joke! It just isn’t the best when you’re struggling through a high cardio workout.
