Love that I can just be riding and can squeeze the water. I also like that I can twist and lock the cap if need be. The black color is slick and the size fits nicely in my hand. Very easy to use and overall a great cup! Wish I had ordered it sooner.

It is a little smaller than I expected.. but it does hold a full 24 oz (3 cups) of water. I washed it out well by hand before first use and my water tasted fine. Make sure to squeeze lightly to drink to avoid gushing your throat. Seems high quality.
