Works great. I have a keyboard, Microphone and mouse plugged into it and have no issues. And I anyone is wondering it works on Mac to PC! No latency issues that I can notice and does not affect gaming. Very nice to be able to switch from gaming to working with just 1 button!

I bought this to use between my windows and Linux system, everything works completely fine between 2 windows systems but linux systems will Not recognize it as a HID : |Update| linux recognizes it after boot

For years, I have been using to 2 computers (one primary for daily use and one for gaming). Also with this arrangement I've been using 3 - 24" monitors with DVI A-B switches, but have used separate keyboards and mouses. This USB Switch has allowed me to use my dedicated 35mm and flatbed scanners plus a joystick on either my desktop or laptop computers. It does take a few moments to transition from one computer to the second, but it is very reasonable. I may add my Blue-Ray DVD to the last switch port so my HP will then have two DVDs available, just a thought ,since have a Lightscribe DVD also in my system ... show more

This hub is great, once connected to the computers it is fast and does not cause any lag. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating was because it takes roughly 3-4 full seconds to switch conputers when I press the button. I'm not constantly switching back and forth but it does get annoying
