Our Cocktail sandwich loaf pan is made from aluminized steel—the material of choice for commercial bakeries. Heavy duty and durable, we design pans to meet the needs of home bakers as well as the expectations and demands of a commercial bakery. The aluminized steel allows for even heat distribution and maximum service life. USA Pan uses Americoat Plus II, our proprietary silicone release coating, which is specifically formulated for superior release, easy clean up and is not made with PTFE, PFOA, or BPA. Very pleased with this pan. It baked my banana bread beautifully. I placed it slightly diagonally on the oven rack otherwise it was wobbly. It is nonstick as advertised. I don’t didn’t grease/flour the pan and as you can see in the third picture it had very little residue left. Highly recommended. Fourth picture for size reference. Be warned - because it is very narrow It’s not as easy to pour batter as a normal sized loaf pan. Happy baking! ... show more

I’m glad I bought this pan! Great quality, heavy duty, nonstick! What not to like😊. I wash it by hand, not sure how it’s do in a dishwasher. But since nothing sticks to it it’s easy to just rinse it by hand. I use this pan to bake rye bread and really like the size. It creates perfect small sandwiches in a size of a large cracker. I purchased 2 of these pans to make homemade cocktail Rye Bread for the holidays. Wanted to try them ahead of time with something other than the bread to see how much "stick" they would have. They are heavy duty and so well made. I made mini meatloafs in them and they slid out like butter from the pans! Placed them in the sink with a little water and not even any soap and all the sticky glaze simply melted away. They look like I had just taken them out of the packaging when I received them. This is bakeware that I will definitely pass down in the Family for generations of scrumptious recipes to be made. I just can't say enough good things about how happy I am with these pans! My mom used to do appetizers of Rye cocktail, bread, shredded cheddar cheese and bacon bits then put them under a broiler for three minutes till lightly melted. 1970’s food but will take you right back to the memories of childhood. I have also poured peanut butter fudge in these for a small batch. I still put a tiny bit of butter in the bottom like my mom did. ... show more
