    • Beautiful baker
Size: 9 x 5.3 x 2.7 Inch Style: Loaf Pan
Love Nordic Ware and this pan is holds up to their high standards. Paid a little more for this pan but it is definitely worth it. Bakes consistently and beautifully. Easy release.

    • Nothing short of amazing!
Size: 9 x 5.3 x 2.7 Inch Style: Loaf Pan
I love Nordic brand but this was definitely the biggest hit. I made my normal loaf of sandwich bread for the week and the bread came right out off the pan and the pan was still clean. It’s a little more expensive but worth every penny and you can get your moneys worth. After baking the loaf the pan looked like it had not been used. ... show more

    • Non-stick, easy care
Size: 9 x 5.3 x 2.7 Inch Style: Loaf Pan
I have owned 2 of these pans for about 18 months now, and bake about 2 loaves of bread every week. I did have to adjust the temperature because of the shiny aluminum instead of the darker steel of my old pans. In my case, using the convection fan in the oven gives a nice crust and even baking. I do miss the "ears" on the steel pan which made it a little easier to hold the pan and remove the bread, but the bread always comes out easily (I do butter the pan before letting the dough rise). The pans always clean up easily with a soapy sponge. I do clean them by hand rather than the dishwasher to avoid damaging the non-stick surface. ... show more

    • Fantastic Loaf Pan So Far….But….

EDIT: I received my second pan and there is a noticeable difference between the two. It can be seen in the pictures that the gold coating is a different tone. Additionally, the bottom of the pan on the second pan has a matte coating. These were ordered less than two weeks apart. The newest pan has a slightly rougher non-stick coating which doesn’t allow for as even of a non-stick effect. I have to scrub a little bit which shouldn’t be the case given that it is so new. I will continue to test it for a few more bakes before I consider returning/exchanging it (if necessary). This is a bit disappointing given that I usually like this brand. Hopefully this is just a manufacturing mistake. I purchased this loaf pan as I have been a fan of this brand for awhile. This loaf pan did not disappoint! It easily releases my breads with zero issues and that is all that I ask for. I originally looked at a William Sonoma pan that looked very similar but was more expensive. Instead, I bought this to try and decided to get a second one totaling around the same price for the WS one. I am very happy with the quality and easy clean up of this pan. This did arrive with some minor dings however, it didn’t compromise the shape or ability of the pan. They recommend hand washing so that is all I have done. I highly recommend this loaf pan! ... show more

    • Product as described, 3 weeks to arrive.
Size: 9 x 5.3 x 2.7 Inch Style: Loaf Pan
The product itself is very good and exactly as described. No complaints about the quality. However, it took over three weeks to arrive — I ordered on January 19 and didn’t receive it until February 12, even though it was shipped by Amazon. The long delay was disappointing, but that’s an Amazon logistics issue, not the seller’s fault. ... show more

    • Might be my favorite pan
Size: 9 x 5.3 x 2.7 Inch Style: Loaf Pan
Review Image by Goodnight Irene
When I opened the package, I was struck by all the points and crevices of the pan, wondering if I would be able to turn out the cake without chunks left in the pan. Nordic Wear suggested using a spray with flour, then using a brush to make sure all the points and crevices were greased. I made a cranberry orange walnut bread and followed their directions for spraying and turning out the bread. It worked beautifully! Bonus: it was super easy to clean with dish soap and a paper towel. ... show more
