When it came in, I loved everything about this system the craftsmanship of the flag and the pole. The length of both. The size and embroidery of the flag. The way the pole turns a full 360° for no tangling. The only thing that disappoints are the hooks are attached to a piece of round plastic. It did not withstand the recent 21 mph winds and completely broke on one end causing the flag to get battered and rip. If they would replace the round plastic with stainless steel or find a way to fuse it onto the rotating stainless steel cylinder it would be perfect I do not know how to stabilize that piece of plastic. Now I have to buy a new one. But I loved it enough to try again.

The carabiners are attached to the pole with cheap plastic rings. I have bought two of these sets and the plastic always breaks under windy conditions. The flag holds up and doesn't fray but do fade over time.

The flag is beautiful and well made and the pole is sturdy. It does a good job of rotating in the wind so the flag doesn't wrap around it. But the clips that attach the flag are totally inadequate. After four days of use, the spring on one broke. They seem to be made of plastic or pot metal. Not up to the job. I'd give this 5 stars if not for this. I replaced them with a much more durable and easy to use clip. I expect I'll get many years of use out of these.

Enjoyed working with the seller. Quick shipping. Flag is beautiful. We live in an area that can get high wind gusts, thus the hardware was not sufficiently strong to hold the flag, attached to the front porch of the house. Had to display on a rod, placed in the ground. Pot metal hardware. I'm giving the 5 stars to the seller. The product (hardware likely made in china) was junk. (1 star rating) The flag, itself, is lovely.

I bought this flag to replace an old one with a wood staff and no spinning rings. We had the old flag when we lived in Chicago. That old one lasted several years through many storms, harsh, freezing cold winters, you name it. This new one lasted less than 3 months! At first, the flag seemed to be fine. We now live in central Florida so during the spring and summer we get a lot of storms in the late afternoon, most of which are not severe. Apparently, we got a strong storm recently when we were away. When we got home, the new flag was almost destroyed. When I checked the weather for the previous week, the strongest wind gust in storms that hit our area was 30 mph. You'd think that a flag like this one would easily withstand most storms. Anyway, the flag was completely ruined. The upper ring broke off ( is was made of plastic), the flag was tattered, torn and faded. I was very unpleasantly surprised, especially since I paid thirty dollars for it. It is now damaged beyond repair so I'm back to buy another, better quality flag. I would NOT recommend this brand of flag. PN

Put it up this weekend. Time will tell how it weathers and wears. For now, it looks great. The bracket is nice. I like the screw to lock the pole in place. The included anchors worked loose with little pressure. I drilled out the holes another 1/32 and used some legit masonry anchors. Problem solved. The top half of the pole seems to be on bearings. It spins independent of the lower portion. The flag never gets twisted up. I’m suspect of the clips to attach the flag though. We will see how it wears.
