I didn't realize that these were going to be as big as what they are, but I can deal with that I suppose. As others have mentioned the range of motion could be better. I can't really move the hips at all, and I feel like the arms should be able to bend more at the elbows. All in all it's still a decent product and is great for beginners like myself.

I bought these for my granddaughter who is into manga type drawing. Though a bit stiff at first, the joints move well and the figures can take on a variety of poses. I especially like that they come as a pair to make the relationships between two figures easier to depict. I would recommend these not only as an aid to drawing, but as a great resource for sculpting as well.

As other reviews have stated, there is limited articulation for the legs that renders these completely useless for any dynamic figure drawing or natural poses. They only go forwards and you cannot turn them outwards or spread them at any degree due to the ball joint going into the hip being glued to the hip piece rather than pinned in to allow a range of motion. Beyond disappointed as I have ordered from this brand before and items have been solid and well constructed. As others have complained, this definitely isn’t a simple manufacturing defect and such a baffling problem.

They're a little stiff, but will be sure to loosen up with use. Artwork/illustrations will involve human beings: sitting, walking, kneeling, as well as two or more human beings together.
