The media could not be loaded. See demonstration in the video I provided. As a posture corrector, this is actually as good as I could find one to use. But even the best one has its imperfection. I would suggest the seller sew on some kind of a loop to hold the velcro strap down to prevent it from sliding up to press on my chest. Because it slides up to tightly compress the chest, it makes it hard for me to breathe. On the both sides where you me holding the strap down with my hands on both sides, that is where the loop should be sewn in to hold that strap down. If the straps are not being held down by something, throughout the day that velcos start will continue to slowly slide up the chest to the point where it couldn't slide up anymore which is where it dead ends on my chest. The Velcro strap pressing on the chest is making it hard to breathe.

I ordered twice. Ordered a x-large first based on measurements upon receiving it was too tight. I returned the item and reordered this time getting a 2x. When it arrived it was even tighter than the previous smaller size.

This is very form fitting. I got a XL but could have sized down to a large. It definitely holds in your gut. I havent had it long enough to see if you actually sweat, but its not heavy and bulky so thats a good thing to.
