So glad I found this product…..I love how this cleanses and leaves my face bright and clean. I like organic scents so this suits me. I cannot comment on sensitive for skin, but it works great for mine. Definitely worth a try.

This product smells great—mostly like cedar—but it does irritate the eyes just a bit (even when not getting in the eyes). It makes your skin super smooth and clear and clean. It super scrubs. BUT—it’s quite strong and it can make my skin pink. Since it lacks any creamy element, it leaves you rather exposed. HOWEVER—it doesn’t leave residue like creamy soaps do, which I like. Given that, I use this soap once or twice a week. Really get everything down to the bone, and I have a mild creamy face soap for other days.

Tried this once at a hotel and loved it. I’m 59 with fairly even skin, not dry or oily. The mint smell is so nice in the AM. It also made my face smooth throughout the day.

I always like Ursa Major, and been buying their products when I run out. I bought the deodorant, wipes and tried the samples that came with purchases. This review is about the face wash. I got this mainly for DH. He wants one that is not too much scent, smell nice to him instead of too fruity or flowery, the right texture,easy to use, and I want something that is unisex and non toxic. It's harder to find good green, non-toxic personal care brands for men. There maybe seem like a lot are out there, but it could be green-washing or mainly targeting women folks. So, when he tried the sample and like it, I know I need to get it. Plus, it is good when both of us can use the same thing, less clutter in the bathroom. For me, when I use it, it removes my daily grimes and SPF, feel clean and no dry/tight feeling after wash. You need very little to lather up. This is a pretty big bottle and will last a long time. I've now used this facewash once a day for roughly a year. I have to say this has been one of the best if not the best face wash I have used. I'm no skin expert, but I know for a fact I sweat from my scalp and that I have an oily skin type. This face wash left my skin feeling clean, without feeling tight or dry after using it. It also didn't make me overproduce oils like some washes do. It was just the right balance for my skin. I mean sure I would still get a small pimple here and there, but that's impossible to avoid. The smell and texture were a bit odd at first, but it grew on me. Overall I think its a good product I would recommend to anyone and try at least once to see if it works for them.

I really wanted to like this product based on the hundreds of positive reviews. It dried my skin too much even after I put on moisturizer. Maybe I wouldn’t mind as much if it weren’t winter, but I’m not a huge fan of the scent either. Returning.
