This review is after only one day of using, will update if needed. The color is actually more blue-grey, which is very nice. Total of 4 boxes arrived in 2 days which is great as the seller states it could take 2-3 days to receive all pieces. Packing, instructions and needed parts were all intact and in proper boxes; very nice. Assembly was easy enough, necessary hex wrench was included. Plenty of wires, but instructions were rather clear as to what plugs in where. Once assembled and plugged in, Bluetooth speakers connected super fast, speakers sound better and louder than I thought they would; wow! Chair lights turn on and switches colors with the little button at the side of the chair; hold down for a few seconds to turn off LED lights. Chair is comfortable, especially where the ankles rest and the cushion along the spine. Massage is pretty good, I especially like the points at the shoulder blades. Heated lumbar? Yeah, well, that’s just heavenly. So far, after just the one day, we are impressed. BTW, great communication with seller, as well. I sent a question through Amazon messaging and they quickly responded, wonderful, eh? ... show more

This is a really nice chair... It's comfortable, looks great just as I imagined. Fits perfect in my bedroom space made specifically for a nice relaxing chair. Just a little bummed that it doesn't swivel like I thought... But it's still a cool chair...I went with the faux leather style which I now know doesn't offer the swivel feature, it's cloth material style does, guess I didn't take that into account that only certain ones do certain things. True to size as well... And very smooth in operation. Vibrates decent like any other massage chair I've had in the past... I like everything about it. The led lights gives it a little extra razzle dazzle when the room is dark and you're watching a good movie, or just chilling out to some good music and a nice glass of wine ! I highly recommend it. A cinch to put together. Thinking about getting another one for the living room....But this time I'll make sure I get the style that offers the swivel feature that I missed out on. ... show more

Best sofa ever! Great quality and lots of options for fun and comfort, the heat and massage are the best! Also the Bluetooth speaker is awesome! Like the light on the bottoms. Easy of assembly, took one person 30 mins to install the whole thing. Light weight is a plus, easy to move around in the house. Just love it! ... show more

We like these couches and have had them a few weeks. This double couch is great and was on the easy side to assemble. They recline to a decent degree. The material is easy to clean and comfortable to sit on. The massager isnt like one would imagine, but gives little comfort. The heat also works well. We bought by reviews alone and made a good choice. Although it came in multiple boxes the shipping was fast and everything arrived around within 2 days of each other. ... show more

    • Its a cool couch, but...

This couch has a lot of features, which I believe gives it a bit too much room for error. In general I do like it, and will keep it till I need a new one. That being said, the charging ports in the center console overheated with the first use and made us uncomfortable with the potential for a fire. We unplugged that aspect. The lights are pretty cool, though one side is touchy and occassionally won't turn on. Our favorite part is the heat/massage mode. It puts you to sleep like a baby being rocked lol. Overall it is very comfortable to sit in, though we dislike the lack of ottoman in the mid section when our daughter wants to sit inbetween us on our couch instead of on her own. We do like the drawer in the couch though so it's a toss up depending on what your looking for out of a couch. Speakers worked nicely, but considering we have the midsection uplugged for the risk of the charging ports overheating, we don't get use out of the speakers. In general if you buy it for all the features you'll probally be dissapointed, but it is extremely comfortable and reclines nicely. The pillows given are also the perfect size/width to put under your head when fully reclined. Good value for the limited space we have for a couch. ... show more

Comfortable, feels well built. It was not hard to put together. Expected the massage and heat function to be more gimmicky but I am pleased with it as well. Also needs very little wall clearance to recline. Replaced a jackknife sofa in my rv. Happy so far. If the faux leather fails I’ll update my review later. 10/24/25 The loveseat did ship in multiple different boxes and arrived on different dates. Last box arrived 2-3 days after first box. Chair is horrible quality. Two of the same arm. Ripped. Not worth it at all. If you want to return it, it costs $512.88. DO NOT BUY! Other products are better.
