Gives good support to the lower abdomen and more comfortable than most binders by far, and I've tried a LOT. I had to take off one star for comfort; the edges of the velcro can abrade the skin if it's not perfectly centered. Overall, though, I'm very happy to have found it. This abdominal belt is well made and does what the product description states. However, it is very challenging to put on. It takes me two or three try’s to put it on. I purchased the one based on the size chart and it fits around me but just barely which is nice not to have too much extra material under my shirt. Then when I pull and stretch it sometimes it snaps out of my hand. I’ve had a few abdominal belts before and never had any problems putting them on. In fact, the back support lift belt I use is easy to put on since it has two sides with Velcro adjustments. I’m a bit disappointed but this belt does fit comfortably once installed. ... show more

Does not work, does not stay in place. Rides down almost immediately after putting it on, have to keep pulling it back up, readjusting. Difficult to put on. Definitely not made for old fat guys. Waste of 40 bucks....

Not very effective. The band needs to be wider to cover more of the belly and probably would stop it from rolling down. Not really beneficial as it is today.

This is just what I needed! I had terrible back tightness and muscle pain to the point of headaches I finally related it to the large belly issue and got this. I have used it now for 3 days and I love it. Why? Because now I can work longer without having to go sit down and rest. This will help me to work on reducing my belly too now that I can move around. It is made very well and closes to the side which is smart so that it is easier to close and open. When using the restroom I can just fold it from the bottom up and go without having to take it off. ... show more
