The sound quality is incredible, the ambience boosting is perfect and the noise cancelling can even shut out the roar of walking through a data center (for those who don't know how loud that can be imagine 10 pickup trucks revving their engines mixed with 100+ blenders spinning away at one time) and they fit pretty well and come with several ear pieces to choose from to get it right. However, in addition to some kinda annoying pairing issues and little things like sometimes having to take an earbud out of your ear and put it back real quick to get it to pick up the touch inputs the case itself has a major flaw. There are two sets of 2 little metal prongs that slide in and out of the case and make contact with the earbuds to charge, one of them just got stuck inside the case and as such will no longer charge the right earbud. I could not get it to pop back out and am in the process of returning them which is a shame because I did like them a lot, maybe this is a one-off accident but it's something to be aware of.

I did a lot of research before buying these, and from most of the professional reviews it seemed like they were a viable alternative to Apple's AirPods Pro. I don't agree that the audio quality is as bad as many reviews on here say, they're definitely better than most cheap headphones you'll find, but I do wish they had more bass. However, my main issue has been connectivity with my Macbook Air laptop. They have functioned flawlessly with my iPhone, connect instantly, are great for calls, etc. However, they are borderline unusable with my computer. The sound goes in and out from one side to the other, is often out of sync with videos on Youtube, and there is a periodic cracking/popping noise that occurs. I sat on the phone for an hour with Apple's tech support, thinking it was an issue with the bluetooth on my computer, but after doing several resets, forcing the computer to use the internal mic rather than that on the headphones, and downloading software that forces the computer not to downgrade the sound codec, I'm still having issues with these. Tried to use them on a Zoom call and halfway through the meeting, the sound totally dropped, though they displayed as being connected and were fully charged beforehand. When I contacted Urbanista's customer support, I explained the situation to them. I received a reply saying that because the headphones connected fine with my phone, they wouldn't consider them faulty. When I pushed the issue and said that on their website they are advertised as being compatible with computers (both Mac and PC) I was simply told to try resetting them and eventually they shifted responsibility for the problem to Apple. If I had paid $60 for these, I might be more satisfied, but to have paid over $100 for headphones that I can't use with my laptop, is quite disappointing, as is the response from Urbanista's customer support team. I really hoped these would be a great alternative to an Apple product, but I simply can't fully recommend them given their disappointing performance switching between devices.

I ordered these from a review about “how wonderful they were” when i looked up “best earbuds” for the new iphone i just bought. I figured i would step up and “get with the program” like everyone else and walk around with plastic hanging out of my ears! Granted the earbuds are everything they claim they are. But for $35 bucks i bought a cheaper set here on Amazon that work just as great and are more “secretive” as they hide better in my ear (which is good at work!) and dont fall out too. And they will last just as long on a charge and come in different colors. And my cheaper ones i can take one out and my music or movie will keep playing but on the Londons it will “stop” the music or movie. And i noticed the Londons have more “drop rate” and my cheaper ones have never ever dropped! So i spent $90 for “advertising”?

I stumbled on to these via a recommendation from a friend, and I was at first little wary about having such small headphones after being used to the larger, over-ear style wireless headphones. That fear disappeared almost immediately when I started using these, and now I can't see ever going back my Beats again! I don't listen to music much anymore (I'm getting old I guess...) but these have amazing sound quality for watching shows and listening to audiobooks. I braved my first flight in the Covid era recently and was so thankful to have these with me. Super easy to move around the airport (in a rush like always because I'm a dummy) and I never felt any risk of these falling out. Great to have while using a mask, and even while not listening to anything they provided amazing noise cancellation to help drown out the loud passengers sitting (way too) close to me. I work from home and spend almost all of my day on the phone, and these have proven wonderful as microphones. My clients have definitely noticed an increase in my incoming sound quality and I have saved so many literal headaches by not having the bigger, heavy headphones over my ears for 10 hours at a time. I'm looking forward to using these bad boys on more active adventures when the world lets me, but even now while on bike rides I feel way more comfortable 'plugged in' with the button that allows ambient noise in so that I can follow along to my usual trashy spy novels but perfectly hear all the relevant noise around me. Great purchase, great value, I don't often write reviews but I can't recommend these enough!
