However , opening this item was so problematic, the cork nearly impossible to remove, I tried using many different tools tried even cutting it out. I have dexterity issues which further complicated things, I nearly decided to toss the item out when I got my neighbor to assist , all total took nearly an hour to finally remove the cork and set it up . Unfortunately I will not be purchasing this brand again. I’ve purchased other brands so I will be buying those in the future ... show more

This set is very cute and smells lovely... when you can actually smell it. I'm not sure if it's an issue with the oil or the reeds, but the reeds don't soak up the oil and therefore don't diffuse the scent. I have to keep flipping the reeds, then it smells nice for a couple days until they dry out again. With that said, it has lasted MUCH longer than other kits I've bought that continuously diffuse. So if you want a decoration with longevity and don't care a ton if it smells, this one is for you! ... show more

I liked the description of the scent but the actual smell is horrid. Doesn't smell like a Mountain Air scent at all. To me it kind of smelled like a girl whose been wearing Bath & Body Works sprays all day and sweated them out. UPDATE: After making the review, I was contacted by the seller and was offered a full refund. I am happy for that as I originally wanted to return the item but had already put the sticks into the oil and could not send it back.
