Always like Urban Decay products. The colors are bold and stay on. This mascara stays on without smudging. I really like that! I also like the finer bristles that help define my lashes. I will continue to use this.

I in love this mascara. I know there are ton of black mascaras out there but this one seems to be an even darker shade of black if that's even possible! My lashes look look really full after using it. I tried the waterproof version too, but it pales in comparison to the original one.

    • A wetter mascara, non-clumping. No need to prime with Subversion if it's a regular day at work.

I've tried several drug store and upper-end cosmetic store brands and this is the winner for me. It is a wetter mascara that doesn't dry out, so if you like a mascara that glides on, this is the one for you. It is a true black and doesn't clump. The only issue I've had is when I'm in humid environments (when I travel to Florida), I notice that the mascara can smudge under my eyes when I'm exerting myself outside, but if I'm just outside enjoying the weather, then it is fine. I don't find it necessary to prime my lashes with the white Subversion prior to using Perversion. I've tried both and I think Subversion adds a touch of thickness/boldness but it's not necessary unless going out for a fancy night. ... show more
