I wish I could give this case a 5 but I can't. It is a nice case. Maybe not $40 nice, but nice all the same. I have no doubt it will protect my phone. Button press is nice. Even the grooves in the back allow for better grip. But for some reason it just feels awkward. Maybe I am just used to slimmer cases, or smooth ones and it will take a bit to get used too. That's why I don't give it a 5 star rating. It is personal opinion. Also I have attempted to put on several screen protectors and they don't fit exactly right. Probably using the wrong brand I would assume. Screen protectors aren't really needed for most cases with victus 7 glass on the s22 ultra, but my kids "4 and 5"regularly get ahold of my phone and throw or drop it. The real test for this case will be when the phone drops out of my pocket while I'm closing the car door and the phone magically lands between the door and the car as it shuts. Happens alot with me somehow. Thank God for insurance on expensive phone

I have been using UAG cases for *at least* 8 years, starting with my Note 4. My family has had at least 9 phones in that time, all protected by UAG. We have NEVER broken a phone with the case on (don't get me started on the time we did lose one....kids, ugh!) Yes, they are more expensive than other cases on the market. But, I would venture that they are one of, if not the best case out there. This case is for my wife's phone and the "Ice" clear body shows off the phone color nicely. The buttons are easy to identify in the dark and easy to press. They have a nice texture that's not too slippery, but doesn't feel rubbery either. The edge has a vertical (front to back) ribbing that helps keep a grip on the phone. I have not had any issues with the charging plug not fitting or blocking of microphone or speaker ports. The opening for the S-Pen is larger than my old Note 20 case and that makes it easier to eject and insert the pen. Wireless charging works perfectly. No problems with case thickness or material blocking the charge. UAG has a limited selection of colors. However, there are companies (like Ego Tactical) providing the same case with a screen-printed graphic, if you want something unique.

I've been looking for a great S22 Ultra case for awhile. I've found a handful that I like, but they all have some things I'm just not a fan of. Some look great but are so thin, I can't grip my phone comfortably or without fear of dropping. Others are very sturdy but far too bulky because of it. So I was really looking for something in the middle, and this case seems like the winner. It isn't too thin, but just bulky enough for a good grip, and the case to encompass the screen without the edges feeling over exposed. The case curves on the 4 corners, giving it an interesting look that also helps with grip areas. The back feels good, not super slippery, with enough design instead of just being flat. Edges have grooves along it to help with grip as well. S pen is very easy to access, with the front part of case curved out for protection, but backside low to access the pen. Also has the overlay for camera area for added protection and not just a giant hole. Only thing I can really think of wanting is a built in port cover, but that's by no means a deal breaker compared to what the case offers. All in all, I am really liking this case. Little pricier than I normally aim for but it's been worth it. Pretty much hits the nail on the head for 99% of what I wanted.

I am very happy with this case for my S22 Ultra. It looks great and the buttons are clicky and easy to use. The best part is the extra material around the corners and the overall look. It just looks tough. The sides have raised ridges which make holding it one-handed easy. I am looking to buy the lanyard that can connect to this for when I am more active.

My job can be rough. My phone has been dropped onto concrete and asphalt. Also landing face down. No chips, or cracks, or any other damage to my phone. Would definitely buy another.
