I've had this UAG case for about 2 weeks now to protect my new S22 Ultra. I'm really liking it so far. To start with, it's expensive. The most expensive case I've ever bought. To say it's worth it would be up to the individual. However, it feels extremely durable. I like the way the Kevlar looks and feels. It definitely compliments the case. I'm willing to shell out $79 to protect a $1299 phone. As I said above, it feels very durable. In the 2 weeks I've had it, I've dropped it once. It was from about 5 feet onto concrete. No damage or scuffs to the phone nor case. Very impressed. For a phone case, it does weigh in on the heavier side compared to other cases. It's still no problem, though. There is no fatigue from the weight when handling the phone for an extended period. It's quite comfortable, in fact. Some people have complained about the side grips. It is a bit on the smoother side. Definitely doesn't have grips like the Speck Presidio has. It's not slick, though, in my opinion. It has enough grip to prevent slipping. In the two weeks I've had it, I've never felt like I didn't have a decent grip on it. The phone drop I mentioned had nothing to do with the phone slipping out of my hand. Rather I tripped and decided to protect my face over dropping the phone. Everything else is as it should be on a premium case. Exact cut outs are there for the ports and mics. Raised camera and screen protection. Every aspect of the case fits snug and well. All in all, I really like the case. It's an excellent fit. It's not bulky at all as it might appear in pictures. I think I made the right choice. Yes, it's expensive for a phone case. There are several great cases under $50 out there. If you like the style and great protection of this case, though, then what's an extra $30 to protect a device that starts at $1199? Just a drop in the bucket, so to speak. -Review is for the Kevlar edition- I haven't dropped or drop tested my phone either in or out of this case! That said, I have every reason to think it will hold up well if I did. -The case seems very durable. No cheap flimsy materials that bend or feel like snapping. -The photos clearly show that it's great looking. -It's lightweight, for what it is. There are definitely other premium phone cases that offer "maximum defense" but come with a lot more bulk and weight. -This case offers more side and bezel protection than the others I've seen, which is great because I've seen a few shattered screens from hitting on the rounded sides. This case does make your phone feel more squared, without the rounded sides due to that extra protection. Side panels still work perfectly fine however. Besides the price, I can't really think of much to dislike! Is it the classiest? No. Is it the cheapest? No Do you sorta feel Alpha when your phone is in this case and you slap it down next to a silicone, plastic, or leather covered phone? You're GD right you do! ... show more

This case is awesome! Great Design, not bulky and feels very protective. UAG designs some of the best phone cases on the market. There are always plenty of choices and options. I saw this case that I have not seen before with UAG designed for the new S22 Ultra and saw that it also has Kevlar built into it, which is an awesome idea to add even more protection to a case that already has great protection. I usually get the Plasma cases but decided on this one, definitely not a wrong choice, it's easy to hold slips in and out of my front pants pocket very easily and the S Pen is easy to remove out of it. Wireless charging works great both in my car and on my Samsung charging stand with no issues. I highly recommend this case if you want maximum protection in an easy to hold slim design! ... show more

I have been buying a tough case every year for my next phone. I always needed extra protection working in the Army, Factories, Warehouses and construction. I drop my phone at least twice a day.(especially leaving it on my lap getting out of the car). Even hard drops I was certain I'd be picking up a broken phone and surprised to see no damage to the phone or case. I've only had one UAG case (non monarch) start to seperate the rubber from the case's back after a year and I was sent a new one right away.. UAG has been my go to not only for protection and warranty but for style. This year I shelled out $80 for the Kevlar case. It was a difficult trigger to pull but I figured since I spent $1400 for a beautiful phone. The case should be asteticly pleasing as well. It fits perfect, tight, no play in the buttons. I like how it has material protecting around the cameras and sensors. Many other cases do not. It makes it all look flush but then adds a good amount of height around them for drop protection. On the front the top and bottom of the case is taller than the screen by a decent amount and a small amount on the sides where it curves. All in all it's an amazing looking case with great protection and warranty. Only problem is the price tag but I think it's worth it. ... show more

Its a great case. fits great, military grade protection. Works perfect with my screen protector. The edges have a nice textured rubber grip and never feels like its goin to slip or like its to bulky and corners are bulkier for protection but angle cut and smoothed so no poking of the palm. Raised edges protecting screen and camera cluster. The buttons feel nice and clicky. Easy access to stylus. And it looks great. ... show more

Super solid case. Fits the phone perfectly. Still is slim enough to slip in the front pocket of a pair of jeans. One downside it does not work with my wireless charging pad. The 'x' on the back makes it just a little too thick to make the wireless connection.
