When I received the item it came with scratches on it already, I thought nothing of it because it didn’t bother me. I have now had it maybe a few weeks and it feels great in your hand but again it scratches so easy. I personally would not buy and would keep looking for a different case

This case has a nice feel to it and is really sleek. It feels great in your hand and in your pocket as well. It slides right in and out of your pocket and as the product details says it is "tough"! So tough infact that isn't unpleasant to press the lock and volume buttons. You have to really try and put a lot of pressure if you want to turn your volume up or down and the lock button is even harder to press. 3 months old and its worn out. I need a replacement already I am very loyal to the UAG cases and have never had a phone break in one over the last 6 or 8 years worth of phones (4 or 5 phones). I am a carpenter that has recently moved to the sales, and design aspects of residential remodeling. My phone is no longer in the tool back, being dropped out of m y truck when I get out at the supply store. It's just in my back pocket or on the desk. This case as color changes, scratches, gouges, and the fit is getting loose. My previous UAG cases last for my 2 years. I sold one with the phone to a carpenter friend and he's taken it an additional 2 years. 4 years of Heavy use in a carpenters tool belt for that case and this one cant even make it 4 months. ... show more

The case was all scratched up faded the box was crushed overall total piece of trash product not happy at all with this case can’t even use it such a garbage product I threw it in the garbage where it belongs!!!!!

Updated Review 1/4/21 If you use Swipe to unlock dont buy this case ... the lip part of the case near charging port has becomes loose and wobbly which now exposes the top part of screen . This part of the phone is mostly used as I swipe to unlock or multi task. I didnt expect this from a UAG product . I am planning to return it . 2 stars because it still fits well . Initial first week Review Its a sleek case which just fits in once the box ans its BIODEGRADABLE so thats a win I think . I agree with other reviews , the volume buttons are bit sturdy to press . The other thing I noticed is that there are small slit opening under the volume cutouts which kinda exposes small part of the frame on side . Not a deal breaker but I didnt expect that small slit. I dig in the feel and hardness of the case tough Overall a good case if you take care of your phone . This is my first UAG product too. ... show more
