I did drop my phone and it bounced down 2 carpeted steps from a 4-foot fall. No cracks or damage with the case on it. I have yet to drop it on solid concrete or asphalt. With the lanyard, I hope that doesn’t happen! Lanyard not included, but I found a pack of 4 for $6.
