This type of frame for stools can easily turn out to be wobbly even after fully tightening everything so I was pretty skeptical at first but they’re actually pretty stable (at least for this design). That said, the design of the seats is a little less comfortable than I’d hoped….the low backs and odd angle make these more of a lean forward onto the counter type stool since leaning back isn’t very comfortable. The material looks nice but, like most faux leather, it probably won’t last more than a few years without beginning to crack and peel. For the reasonable price these sell for though (basically $50 each), they’re not bad. Four stars (intended as 3.7-8).

While attractive, they are pretty flimsy and are not barstool height. These are more like chairs than stools. I don’t feel confident sitting in them however. They seem as though they might bend under my weight.

I am SO happy with these stools!! They appear to be very well made and sturdy. They are perfect for my countertop as well as my counter height table. They are super comfortable to use. The faux leather feels very nice. I love the stitching across the seat and the quilted design on the backs. These gorgeous stools will provided much needed extra seating at holidays. Assembly isn't terribly complicated but I do think the directions could be clearer. First one took me an hour and a half to do. Second one was much faster since I knew the process. No tools required other than the supplied allen wrench. Highly recommended these stools!
