5.0 out of 5 stars Buy it and assemble it correctly!
Color: Black
Update: It has been nearly 2 years and this desk is amazing for the price ! I have been a work from home employee for 2 years now, since the pandemic started. This desk is a beast. I am hard on everything and this desk has survived. From every other day of adjusting heights it has not broken yet. The crank still works, the desk is sturdy and if it gets wobbly I just re-adjust the bolts and nuts. That is literally the only maintenance I have done and it fixes it right up. For the folks in the back who said its wobbly and unstable, get you a handier person because if a women with no experience in building anything can build this by herself, you're probably not doing it right... I have filled up the desktop and used it as a junk place holder with computer equipment and miscellaneous items. Have placed heavy items on it and even lean on my desk with my elbows, its a bad habit I know, but hey! This desk is still here! The castor wheels has always been on, I have never taken the wheels off and when I moved, I just rolled it into the u-haul truck lol. No De-assembling required. Sometimes I wonder if I should have gotten an electric self adjusting desk, but I wanted to save money since the electric standing desks are about 300+ and did not want to worry about the idea of the electrical part dying on me and being stuck with an expensive heavy dud. With this if the crank breaks I'll just buy a new one. :P for less than 150$ and 2 years of beating this thing up. It's got dents, stains, survived a whole move from the rural to the city and every 6 months or so I re-arrange the feng shui in the room and since this is on wheels, I can just wheel it around my house and put it from one corner of the room to the next when I am decorating. ... show more

5.0 out of 5 stars Amazing Customer Service and Great Value!
Color: Black
We purchased this desk two years ago so I would have a 'work desk' alongside my 'gaming desk' - at the time I was working from home and this housed my work laptop and dual monitors quite nicely. The unit may be a tish high for some people at it's lowest but it was perfect for me. And I loved having the ability to crank it up and stand when I was getting a numb backside. Cranking takes a little time but it's not unreasonable and I liked how easy it was to get just the height I wanted. The desk is sturdier than I had thought it would be for the price. But it rolls super easily and you can lock it in place when you don't want it to roll. The only negative comment I could make is that the corners are not rounded so you will want a keyboard pad to keep your wrists off the sharp edge. Very small complaint for a product that has been used a ton. Speaking of... When we moved, the movers broke a caster. Atlantic - specifically Mallory in their Customer Service department - was super easy to work with to get a new caster. Because the casters are not the 'just stick it in' type - they are threaded so they are sturdier - I was concerned we wouldn't be able to get one. But Atlantic got us a new caster and now we're using the desk daily again. VERY happy with both the desk and the Atlantic customer service! ... show more

4.0 out of 5 stars Great, but a little squeaky
Color: Black
It's a great desk, but whenever a type on my keyboard, the desk moves, and makes a squeaking sound. Maybe I have something loose somewhere...

4.0 out of 5 stars Great desk, poor casters.
Color: Black
I really like this desk, for the most part. I'm using it from a power wheelchair, and it adjusted easily to the perfect height. Plenty of clearance for my legs, even with footrest raised a bit. Nice large work surface. Crank removes and stows out of the way. Overall, very good. Except the casters. My situation requires me to move the table several times a day. Shouldn't be a problem on a hard tile floor. But it is. They often don't swivel properly. And even when they do, the wheels slide as often as they roll. This is very frustrating and detracts from the pleasure of using the desk. Hopefully they are swapable. EDIT: Took me far too long, but finally changed casters for a set with ball bearing swivels. Threaded stem M8×25. ... show more

4.0 out of 5 stars I only hate the shelf underneath.
Color: Black
The basket/shelf is basically useless. It’s not large enough for a standard notebook or piece of paper. I guess a small pencil pouch/box but I don’t need it for that. The desk itself is great! Easy to assemble, can move it with ease, the wheels are great quality. Love all of the room on the desk surface. ... show more

5.0 out of 5 stars Good desk with extra width
Color: Black
This desk is a bit wider so it can fit my laptop with screen behind it. I like that it is mechanical versus electric as I heard so many coworkers say they had electrical desks that the electric stopped working. This is just a crank and all in expensive way to make my work from home day more productive ... show more

3.0 out of 5 stars It's a cheap and flimsy desk and the top arrived with a minor gash in it.
Color: Black
This thing has had three lives in the last year and a half. Bought for the living room desktop computer. Then my office desk (this thing https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07MT7GQWF/) exploded on me. I work from home so I moved this from the living room to the office so I could continue to work. It uh, it's not fit for full-time use. it wobbles constantly at the lowest height (especially if you keep it on the casters). One of the wheels split in half and rolled away when I was moving it (I fixed that with these https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B09GKBDQXC/). It has a giant knee killing bar exactly where you don't want it. It's got an accessory basket that'll irritate you until you remove it. There's nothing holding in the manual crank tool so it can fall out on you. (There's some upside to this. If you have a drill you can raise and lower the desk with a hex attachment.) I bought an uplift v2 desk that's better in every single way, but was also a lot more expensive...so, you kinda get what you pay for. The last (hopefully) life for this thing is it is now in my garage. I used it to groom my dog. It was great for that. The hand adjustment was perfect for grooming a tiny dog without killing my back because I had to bend over. Side note: it's too small to be a ping pong table. Though I may be able to attach a board to it and get that to work. ... show more
