My mother-in-law was offered this type of rollator at the retirement home where she lives, and she mentioned to me and my husband, but the company was asking almost $600 for it. We searched for a cheaper one at Amazon, and we ordered this one. I was a little nervous about it because I did not want to take any chance on her safety. But as soon as my husband assembled it and tried it, we put our minds at ease. My mother-in-law has been using this rollator a lot, but due to its size it is not a rollator for people to use inside of a room, but it is great for the outdoors. She feels much more comfortable going on her walks without having to curve her back and feeling the bumps using a small light-duty rollator. She is on the heavier side, so this rollator gives her more stability when outdoors. The wheels are huge and strong. She says that she feels very safe when walking outside. The breaks work really well, and it is very easy to move around. The height can be adjusted, as well as the distance between the breaks and where you rest the elbows. It comes with a pocket in the back which can take a lot of weight. We carried a 12 pack soda and 2 bottles of juice. Also, we hung several grocery bags on it and she said it did not make the ride heavier. The only complaint we have about this rollator is its seat. For a heavy-duty item like this one, we would expect a cushioned seat, and deeper. Although it is very wide (great for larger folks like my mother-in-law), it is not really comfortable. Since she is not really using to seat on it, we are OK with it, but this is certainly something that the manufacturer could improve in future models. In regards to the assembling: every single piece comes protected by plastic to avoid scratches (I guess), but I think it is a bit too much. After we got rid of the plastic, the assembly was really easy. So far so good!

The upright Walker was so easy to put together! No tools were needed! I am very happy with this product. It makes walking so much easier for me. I am 5’6”, so not terribly tall but it is a relief not to have to bend over at all. The seat is wide enough that I put a doggy car seat on it, strapped it on, and take my Chiweenie for a ride! The Walker easily folds together (squeeze it) to get through narrow spaces and then also folds in half the Other way to put into the car trunk! I love it.

What I liked: 1.The Healconnex enables me to walk with a straight back 21. Shipping was fast, delivered on time and in excellent condition 3. The assembly instructions were helpful, but assembly was mostly obvious 4. Closing the device: the vertical section reclines for storage without fasteners 5. Continuous improvement engineering - e.g. push buttons in place of screws. What was disappointing: 1. Healconnex is heavier than the spec 25.8 lbs vs spec 22.4 lbs. 2. Wider than expected 24.6" at wheel level, but spreads out t o 27" at the elbow level. 3. Front of seat in contact with my knees when I walk, requires shortened stride. 4. Collapsed device is long and bulky, a to challenge to store: H17, W11, L 43 The Healconnex rollator walker s a very good example of a new upright walker design - enabling the user to enjoy a walk in the park with a straight back At less than 1/3 the price of the original upwalker, it's a good value. It's well engineered, but bulky. Apartment dwellers may find it a challenge to get through doors without partially closing the device. City dwellers may find local supermarket aisles too narrow to move comfortably. Users above 5'10" may find it a little small. This is an evolving design, so have a look at competitors before making a decision

Once you set this up for an individual, it is a perfect and stable walker. It is not as easy to fold up and carry in my SUV as my smaller one but once you get it on the ground, it is very comfortable to use for that user. Not as adaptable for multiple users but can be adjusted.

It is for my husband, and I thought it was a good idea until the brake on the L side stopped working. I've contacted the seller several times and allI get are emails telling me how to fix it. I told them I am a 86 yo senior, and I cannot fix the problem. I suggested them taking it back since it is still under warranty, but they have denied me that. They continue to tell me how to make the adjustment, which I can't do. Working with them has failed. I suggest no one else get stuck with this piece of metal because when something goes wrong, they don't stand by their product. Buy American, not from foreigners, you get better results. I will tell all my elderly friends, it looks good, but it is not as good as what it is claimed to be. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE OF THIS SELLER. I am also disappointed with Amazon not helping me to get satisfaction from them.

This seems to be a nice Walker. Not too difficult to assemble and does help with oh fathers walk. Pros: Helps alleviate, leg pain while walking Easy to assemble. Glides smooth Decent price Light but seems strong Cons: Came with scratches and cosmetic damage The brake lock is not as solid as needs to be. Works but not does not give a sense of absolute lock. Durability is in question. The instructors could be better but are good enough It is upsetting that right out of the box there are varios scratches and dents. I don’t believe this will affect the function but it’s not cool that companies will ship scuffed and scratch products. If it happened in transport then box and protect them better. Feels like I got a used item.
