It's missing parts, so they had to send me a second one. The second came with a missing canopy and a bent pipe. The instructions are terrible and confusing. After about 16 hours of trying to assemble myself, I finally got a professional installer, which I requested Amazon reimburse me for. The installer said there was no canopy. Still in the assembly process - which is terrible to begin with! Parts are not marked at all and very similar to one another. This alone takes a considerable amount of time to do with the poles. But now I am trying to put the safety net up and not enough corner pieces provided to put the net up… all of this after a week delay in shipping but 3 days earlier than the date it was pushed off to. ... show more

My kiddo and his neighborhood friends are having the time of their lives on this trampoline! I have found that this shape not only makes better use of your space, but it is also safer than a round one, as kids can jump in separate corners and not all be in the center of the trampoline.
