The media could not be loaded. Is assembly for the faint of heart? Perhaps not. Alone and without reason to rush, I probably took 5 hours to complete this task, but I took solace in knowing I'd only have to assemble this bad boy one time before unlocking hours upon hours of joy for the wee ones. Not to mention that with a 500 pound weight limit, myself too ... for that matter. Were the negative reviews scary? Sure. Seems a few folks had some genuine issues with what they received. I had some minor issues but nothing that was unsolvable. Luckily I decided to place a bit more trust in the positive experiences and it happened to pay off for me. My trampoline is together, there is a ton of space for all 3 of my kids, and it has great bounce. Can't ask for much more - hopefully durability does not prove to be an issue in the future. Solid trampoline though so I don't anticipate it. Though with incredibly hot summers in AZ, I plan to remove the jumping surface in July and fold it away for the fall to protect it from our blistering sun. Observations based on my assembly: the ingredients to this trampoline could have gone together a little smoother but heck, it's not like I was baking a cake here. This is a heavy duty piece of backyard fun furniture and the build felt like it. There were a couple times I couldn't quite get pieces to go together as easily as I'd hoped but it was nothing a ratcheting tie-down and a rubber mallet couldn't make quick work of. The rubber mallet came in handy often to counteract the powder coat fit on these joints. It was a must. The only other issue I ran into was upon assembling the upper tent-pole type rectangular frame for the net, the final corner piece wouldn't click together. The hole for the push pin was upside down. To solve I had to unscrew the end fitting, pull off, flip around, re-drill/re-screw it back on and that solved that with about 10 mins of extra work and critical thinking. A one-off issue probably, but not something requiring replacement or return. I give this assembled trampoline a 5 out of 5 for what it is, for the money it cost, and for the hours of fun my kids have already had on it. I'd give it a 4 out of 5 on the assembly aspect - it went together fine, I didn't expect an easy build, and if not for having to refit the end piece on the tent pole, it would have been a 5 of 5. ... show more

    • Amazing Trampoline for the Price
My only minor complaint is it looks like they didn't let the paint on the logo dry and so it got messed up on the actual trampoline. However, this trampoline was pretty easy to put together, seems very sturdy, yet bouncy, and my kids love it. For the size, the price was absolutely amazing, which is why I jumped on buying this one! Also, when I ordered I knew it would arrive after Christmas, and then the date got pushed back another 4 days to January 3, yet low and behold, the day before Christmas, it arrived! So I can't say enough good things about this product and company! It came in 3 boxes so you know it is a beast of a trampoline! ... show more

UPDATE: One year of sending emails with full details including pictures. There only response I get is pictures not opening up my. They finally started ignoring my emails. Stay away from this manufacturer and seller. 1. Safety net is not large enough for the size of the trampoline. 2. Missing spot holder for one support pole 3. Dimensions of one piece of base frame shorter than required 4. Missing holes for frame screws 5. Incorrect dimensions of the spring safety side pads 6. Excellent product. I have owned another brand in the same price range and it was not nearly as well built; they obviously put some thought into this design for durability. Here are some examples of the the details: pads are velcroed together and clipped to the trampoline, holes precut for the enclosure poles, enclosure is clipped at the bottom with the option to tie at the bottom as well, the top of the net has horizontal poles put together like tent poles for stability at the top of the enclosure, the enclosure poles are screwed together- padded- and sleeved over the pads for durability, the enclosure poles are placed in prepositioned metal brackets welded on from the factory. I hope this helps. Here is an update after approximately 2 years of use: The entire neighborhood uses this trampoline and it is still holding up very well!! I have to admit, I did not realize how durable this trampoline was at the time of my original post, but I knew it was sturdy by the way it was designed. Previously owned trampoline brands would last about 6 months before you needed to replace the net or the mat. This trampoline has far exceeded my expectations! ... show more

    • Padding gets hot!!

Overall, now that it's together, I'm happy with this. Seems durable, good quality, & the kids love it. However this requires LOTS of muscle. The springs on the long side are VERY tight because the frame actually bends outward making it a slight hexagon shape. Not sure why they do that because it seems those springs would stretch out quicker, but there's probably a reason. The rectangular frame for the netting was also very tight and at first I thought it wouldn't go together at all. These things probably apply to all trampolines though. My main complaint is that the padding where you climb onto the trampoline is black! Therefore, on the first sunny day, it was burning my kids hands & feet to climb in. I had to put a pillow or towel over top of it. Since this is designed to sit out in the yard, they really should have made it a lighter color that wouldn't get as hot in the sun. And one of the welds inside the frame was too high so two of the pieces wouldn't go together. I had to file it down before they would fit properly. It wasn't difficult, but I don't like needing to modify new things for them to work. ... show more
