    • Fantastic booster seat
Fantastic booster seat. Super stable due to the hard latches, and super comfortable. We have a Chicco Kitfit too, in comparison the ALTA is significantly more comfortable and feels nicer in terms of build/fabric quality. Some other reviews mention problems with belt slips or stuck. I dont see that issue. In addition, looks like UppaBaby has also added a belt clip component to the shoulder belt slot which fixed the issue (if you look up online, one of the reviews mention these clips, they arw already pre installed in the seat we got). ... show more

    • Great seat but super wide
We really wanted to like this seat but it just wouldn't work with our Volvo XC90. But otherwise, it's easy to install, comfortable, and the little seemed to like it. Just note that it's super wide - to the point where it's tricky to get the seatbelt into the clicker because it's almost on top of it. The little was able to unbuckle himself, but I think he'd have a hard time getting himself buckled in, even if he was older. ... show more

This car seat looks fantastic and my guy is super comfortable in it. It was also SO EASY to install! My biggest complaint is that because the armrests are so low, it’s tough to get the seat belt buckled in my Acadia. My 5 year old has been on a major learning curve trying to figure out how to buckle himself in. We’ve had lots of tears. After several months, he’s finally getting the hang of it. I, on the other hand, still struggle! I didn’t want to fool with returning it but I probably would make a different selection if I had to do it over again. ... show more

This is the best booster seat I've found. I've been a loyal Chicco ZipFit and bought their booster. It was flimsy feeling which surprised me. We got this to try out and I love it. It's wider then other boosters, so if your kiddo is husky it would be great. Also, it will then fit older kids. It's the only booster I've found that the seatbelt doesn't get tangled up in it. And it's the easiest booster for your kid to buckle themselves in with. And the side impact support feels strong and safe. Plus my kiddo is comfortable in it. Recommend it 100%! ... show more

Fits well inside 2015 VW Touareg. The bottle holder must be installed on the inner side of the seat though. The door wouldn't close if it was installed on the outer side.

Easy to install, son says its comfy and provides lots of room to grow. Save immmmmmense amount of space switching from MaxiCosi Magellan in my MB GLE suv. Loved the convertible, but if ready to switch to booster that saves on bulkiness and space would highly recommend Alta
