This dolly/hand truck comes fully assembled. It looks high-quality and feels solid. It comes with two bungee cords with hooks. The two larger wheels are fixed, and the two smaller caster wheels swivel; all of them roll well. Its webpage states that this is a 3-in-1 product, but I can see it being used as a hand truck or a dolly but not a cart. When it is used as a hand truck, unfolding the base extends the two larger wheels. When using it as a dolly, unfolding the top part of the handle extends the two smaller caster wheels. The top handle is telescopic, and the bottom part of the handle is expandable; both sections operate smoothly. Its webpage claims that “it can handle up to 500 lbs. in four-wheel mode and 220 lbs. in two-wheel mode.” I do not have that number of weights to test this claim. I tested with a humbler amount. In the four-wheel mode, both my wife and I stood on it; she weighs 128 lbs., and I weigh about 173 lbs., for a total of roughly 300 lbs. The dolly took it without a sweat. With the two-wheel mode, I asked my wife to stand on the base with her back leaning on the handle; I easily wheeled her around without any problems. This dolly/hand truck being able to easily support 300 lbs. in the four-wheel mode and 128 lbs. in the two-wheel mode is good enough for me. Based on how sturdy it is, I believe the maximum load capacity claims are realistic. This hand truck/dolly performs very well, and I recommend it.

I have long wished I had a moving dolly for hauling around bigger items, but considering the number of stairs I have both insude and out, a regular dolly wouldn't have worked so well a large part of the time, so when I saw this hand truck that was able to move on stairs, I was thrilled, and immediately ordered it! I have to admit that I don't move things around as much as I used to, but I had my nephew come over to move around some bigger items for me, and yes, up and down stairs as well, and he said it worked really well, not catching on the stairs at all! It folds up nicely when not in use so that saves some space in storage too! It came with a couple of bungee cords to help larger items stay on the truck while moving, which was also handy. I am really glad I got this, and plan to get a lot of use out of it especially this spring when cleaning up around the yard; I can bungee cord a trash bin to the dolly and move it throughout the yard when picking up sticks and other trash, and then wheel the whole thing to the curb for trash pickup! It seemed a little pricey at first, till I started looking at prices for regular hand trucks, and considering it can haul over 300 pounds, it's great!

When ever I need to move anything, this will be my first choice to do so. This hand cart is very lightweight, yet super strong and well made. It just weighs 24 pounds, so it is easy to store or transport. When set up, it gives a good area to sit anything that needs to be moved. It can support up to 500 pounds. This would be great to use in a warehouse too.

We are older and hate having to rely on our children for help moving things. This hand truck is just what we needed. It is so versatile, since it can take different forms and can be adjusted for different uses. It does take a trick to figure out just how to do the adjustments, but it only took us a few minutes of trial-and-error to get it right. When it is closed it is very slim and is easily stored in a closet. Having said all this, it is not a heavy-duty hand truck. It will do well for our occasional use, but I don't think it would tip up a refrigerator or anything like that. I also think heavier items would need an actual moving strap, instead of the bungee cords included. Still, for our use, it is perfect. We are pretty happy with this hand truck.
