We received our massager a little over a year ago and from day one it has never held a charge. I didn’t return it thinking it just needed to charge longer, so we charged it longer. We charged it for one of our vacations and when we got to our destination 3 1/2hr later it was dead that night, we didn’t bring a charger because we charged it for the trip, and dangit our muscles needed some help that night, and this didn’t help. When we got home a week later, we charged it once more for about 8hr and came back, we unplugged it and left it for about an hr. to see what it was going to do and sure enough, it was completely dead again. When you plug it in the light starts blinking like it's charging and when you come back sometimes it’s still dead. We put it to the side trying to forget our heartbreak our soreness and forgot all about it, unfortunately, longer than the warranty allows, now all we're left with is an unchangeable handheld meat tenderizer. Don’t get us wrong when it worked it worked great it loosened up them muscles quickly, I just wish we could have gotten a replacement for the one that never held a charge. Sincerely So sad so Sore

Got mine in today. Haven't used it just yet but it came in charged and I played with the speeds and functions. I can already tell it's going to do it's job VERY well lol. My only complaint is that the head attachment is hard plastic. The pictures made it look like a soft gel-like silicone. Disappointed about that so I only give it 4 stars. Other than that, it's a great product so far and SUPER lightweight. I'm sure I'll love it.

UPDATE: As I feared this has quit working, gradually diminishing in strength after only a few months of light use until it now barely holds a charge and only turns on intermittently. Disappointing but not surprised. Would not recommend this brand or model. INITIAL REVIEW: I’ve had this for a day and will hopefully remember update this review in a few months but wanted to write my initial first impressions. When you press the power button it starts at the highest frequency vibration which is nice for someone like me who would immediately turn it up to full anyway but may overwhelm someone who isn’t as much of a freak as I am. The texture pattern on the body feels nice but it’s hard to distinguish the buttons when you’re not looking at it. The ribbed cap on top seems to be regular plastic and I’m a little concerned about it beginning to smell over time. I’m pretty fastidious about cleaning my toys but over time it’s hard to stop some amount of odor from clinging to plastic because it’s just more porous. That said, it does feel good and is why I chose this one over similar products. Both sides feel good and there’s always the option to take it off if you’re not in the mood. I did notice some moisture seeping underneath so I’d recommend taking the cap off when you’re done and cleaning both it and the silicone underneath, again, to minimize odor and remove any bacteria that would love to grow in an enclosed space like that. The neck between the head and body is flexible but feels a little frail. This has been the main point of failure for my toys like this in the past. There are two wires that connect the battery to the motor and combined with the heat, usually come off because they’re poorly soldered on and reinforced with hot glue. Or so I’m told. It’s not like I tinker in electronics and take apart my broken vibrators for fun. That’d be weird. The head and neck got pretty toasty after about 15 minutes of use on the highest setting. This isn’t surprising or uncommon, there’s a motor in there after all, but since heat is the enemy of electronics and I like to edge, I’ll be interested to see how long this one lasts. That said, for $20 I don’t expect this to last me forever. If I get more than a year and a half out of it, I’ll bump my rating up to five stars. I don’t yet know how long the battery lasts on average but will try to update this when I find out.

I had this product less than a year and now it randomly doesn’t work. The light will flash, but it won’t turn on (vibrate). And yes, it’s been charged. Cheaply made.

When they delivered this we had our doubts. The pink color attracted the hamster immediately. When I put it on the lowest setting the jumped the all three flocked to this unit and jumped on taking turns I read about this but never believed it. After the battery ran down I went to pull the unit out of the cage and the female hamster bit me, guess she really enjoyed this device. So if your hamsters have a hard time mating this is the device to buy. Good luck. On to the chinchillas.

So I got my first one of these about 3months ago and was over the moon for it...in more than one way. I did notice after about week, I had to sort of play with it in order to get it to charge. I had to set it down and sort of wiggle it to find a spot where it would charge. But after that, ALL GOOD! And then this week, I sort of had to press hard and bend the neck for it to work. And that doesn't work for me, I mean...applying force? Nah. So I ordered a new one, got it the next day and it's different than my first one. My first, the buttons had a white light, this one has red. Not that I care. There are other features I bought it for right? My personal preference is the highest setting then I dictate how much pressure and where. My first one, I could find the highest setting and leave it there. If I accidentally hit a button (it happens) it would pop to the lowest so I'd just dial it back up. This one, it seems like the highest setting is in the "middle". It's like that song "Little bit louder now, Little bit LOUDER now...little bit Softer now...little bit softer now..." It's like 10 is the highest and has 9-8-7-6-5 and so on on both sides. I guess I'll wait till I burn this one out in three months and buy something that I can manually choose the settings. If my old one still worked, I'd still be giving 5 stars.
