I love this thing! I mostly only find it useful for cupping while moving for myofascial release. I showed it to my PT who does a lot of dry needling followed by cupping and she said she will be purchasing one of these. I loved it so much I bought one for each of my 10 stuff (as well as the theragun)! The heat setting is nice. If you use it in a static position, you will get more of a donut shaped ring rather than a full circle because of the central heating element. I've tried various other cupping methods and this one blows them all away.

I had a sizable balance in my FSA to use up, so purchased this on a whim (I wouldn’t have purchased this otherwise tbh) but it is AMAZING. The adjustable heat, vibration, and suction settings make it so easy to get the relief you need. It comes with 3 different sizes so you can get a smaller area to larger area if you need to. We’ve been able to get quite a bit of use out of it without recharging it (nice)! And it only goes for 3 minutes (how long you’re supposed to do cupping for) and releases itself. We have the manual suction cups and we’re always forgetting to make sure we don’t leave them on too long so that feature is SUPER handy. It beeps and gives you a couple seconds before the suction releases so you aren’t dropping it everywhere. I’m very happy with this purchase, and honestly would buy again!

Love this, it's so portable and does a decent job cupping. I like how there are three size cups and it comes in a case. Pairs well with my Theragun mini when I travel and need some recovery from hikes etc The ONLY downside is I wish they sold them in pairs or four units. If you are planning to cup multiple areas it can be time consuming only having one cup.

I've gotten actual cupping done before at a clinic - Theracup is a much more milder version and the heat setting is warm at best, even on the max setting. My Theracup was emitting a very loud buzzing noise so I returned it within a few days of getting it. Therabody requested that I upload a video to demonstrate the issue(s) and accepted the return request, so I guess it was indeed defective - so my review may be skewed if a non-defective unit actually ends up having more suction power or something. Overall, handy to have on hand as opposed to making an appointment and going to a clinic, but literally don't expect to see the same results.
