Can't give a 0 unfortunately. The thing fits together terribly had to beat part of it together with a hammer. Then to find out the threads are messed up in the welded nut for the up and down movement. And I'm also pretty sure there's about 5 cans of spray paint on it not helping the fitment. Why even paint it if it's going to get scratched up beating it together. ... show more
