By my measurements the diameter inside of the tube on this changer is 41 mm. The old harbor freight tire changer I have had a post that was 42mm. So this duckhead adapter will not work without lots of cutting and welding. That's what I chose to do since I really like this duckhead swing arm attachment. I sectioned the post on my tire changer into 4 pieces and rewelded them together to make a post that was roughly 40mm. Then cut the threaded end off of the swing arm tube and welded the old harbor freight threads on it. It works beautifully. I love the bearing setup that this swingarm has. It makes the whole tire change process a breeze. I actually like changing tires now other than breaking beads. Before this swing arm I only managed to mount a few tires and felt like I was going to get injured in the process. No more of that now that I have this duckhead attachment. It is truly a game changer for manual tire changers. I don't even scratch the wheels anymore when I am careful. I will never go back to the tire store again. ... show more

This will not fit the newer black harbor freight manual tire changer. View the photos for the measurements. You'll never slide a 40.50mm tube over a 42.30mm tube. I had to send it back.😕
