I purchased my carport in December of 2021, but I did not put it up until about May of 2022. It went up very easy with just myself, and my son. Shortly after I received my carport, I was contacted by Betty from customer service. Betty asked how everything was with the carport. I told her that I was not ready to put it up until after winter had passed. Once I put it up, I contacted Betty to let her know how it went. There was a couple of spots in the roof that looked like they could develop into holes eventually as well as a couple of stretch marks. I was asked to follow up with some photos, which I did. Betty contacted me again and offered me either a discount or a replacement Top for the carport. I choose the replacement top, and it arrived in less than a week. I will defiantly be purchasing my next carport from Advanced Outdoors, to get anything better you will pay a lot more money and be lucky to receive the customer service that I did from Betty.     • The tie down tabs on corner pulled off the firt day. Side tabs on inside ripped off first week

It is not heavy enough to stand up to windy conditions Had to add seperate corner tie downs to anchor the frame and add full length velcro to inside poles to hold the side. Would not consider this heavy duty Mfg sent me a complete replacement no charge
