  • Best coverage of the many lifestyle changes that involves a strong Vagus Nerve!
I have incorporated many of the lifestyle changes listed in this book that over many years, since 1975 when I could get out of bed to do my household chores within my family & no doctor could find a reason why! I started learning of each lifestyle change by my surgeon who had just gone into lifestyle change & in 1 & 1/2 years was ab me to stay up all day & care for My family! Since, I started reading books from such brave doctors, therein, my library is filled with these books, only one other book--a, book by Trudy Scott--has ever mentioned how one needs to know how to keep &/or build a strong VN for keeping and/or rebuilding ones VN! This FABULOUS book not only tells how to strengthen the VN, but shows how each strand of nerve traveling from the brain to EVERY cell in the body works, therein, the BIG reason for knowledge of how each lifestyle change applied, assists keeping the VN strong & how each tiny Organell, within each cell, that's within each organ of the body, from skin to the brain, communicates by the VN! My needs, this book provides is having it for constant referrals for me as doctors only look up what drug fits what symptom, therein, are of no encouragement for continued building of vitality, not are my, dear, but drug loving friends. So, reminders through the information on this WONDERFUL book, plus, much more, keeps me built up in keeping on doing healthy lifestyle changes I've found to be so helpful in keeping on with all these vigor, providing, changes, while living in healthy vigor, within a healthy, provider, desert! Doing the healthy lifestyle practices mentioned in this book, in my mid-eighties & having 9 serous heart conditions, a huge intestinal problem, Collagenous Colitis, only removal of my gut could help if their Steroid failed to help: I refused both! After near to 20 years of starvation from absorbing little nutrition though choosing a very nutritious diet, so I thought by eating so called "super foods" & huge amounts of nutrients--I also had very little ability to digest any food, nothing fresh, for sure--through another astute researcher's book on Amazon & a nutritionist with a master's degree, finally exposed years of a slow deteriorating of cells & later, a killer of many, like me almost being one of these deaths, until I was guided to Sally K. Norton's book, "TOXIC SUPERFOODS", accidentally, ordering it with hope of info about removing a small kidney stone: It was listed on Google for such help. I ordered it from Amazon, waited 2 months for it to come into publication, getting it the day after returning home from 5 days of Potassium IV's, day & night from Oxalate Poisoning (OP), which would have killed me by heart failure had I not had a habit of taking my blood pressure at waking each morning:It was super low, My heart doctor sent me to the hospital in an ambulance! Learning how to rid my cells of OP, I now have a healthy bowel movements, don't need Iron, I have needed all my adult life, plus, many more great vitality happenings, because since no health professional will tell anything about OP, but Sally, tells how to get rid of years of stored Oxalate Crystals, both liquid & solid, so now I have restored many areas of my past agonies into good health, getting rid of years of awful pain all over my body, no doctor could ever help me with! I did have to take 1 drug, for about 4 or so years, a time-release pill for blood pressure & a diagnosed A-Fib. But, due to my constant studies of great books like these 2, in 2018, I no longer have to take it! My doctors can't believe this, but, never want to hear what I do to have tests that they say, that many of their "30 somethings" don't have as good a test & are on up to at least 7 or more drugs! I haven't needed any over the counter drugs for many, many years! Look for the books on Amazon, mentioned in this great VN book, to gain strength of the VN such as about, diaphragm breathing & other methods for VN strength, means in this book. I have Dr. Nabib’s other vagus nerve book and have found both of them very easy to follow and really helpful in understanding just how powerful these exercises can be.

this book is a pamphlet since from the introduction to the conclusion i found many typos and here is nothing new than you can find the information online.
