This product is a waste of time and money, I never ever leave bad reviews even if I have to return the product and I always leave reviews not just on bad ones. TRUST me when I say save your money and go buy rainx it takes a little more time and effort, but it works! Over the last weekend I used this product on the inside of a car windshield. I agree with other reviews that there are inconsistencies with the instructions - there are no red dots or anything that show where to push to dispense in the sponge but it's easy enough to find. I didn't seem to spill any out but I believe that's possible. I applied the product after cleaning with a glass cleaner and then wiped it dry. I was nervous as I was running the car in park for a while after that and there was a lot of fogging. However a few days after, I drove the car in the rain and found the glass clear and easy to see through. I have a fogging issue on the passenger side window right in line with my side mirror so I will also try this product on this window to see if it solves that issue. If the price is right, this could be a fine product to try.

I like to clear up a small misconception first. There are several YouTube and TikTok videos showing this style product being applied to a glass surface and then a low pressure high volume hose is dumping water on it and it produces no sitting water where the application was made on the windshield. It shows the water just sliding off. There is very limited directions with this package and product. It doesn’t really say how long to leave it on and any other instructions that might inhibit or not allow this product to work. I went ahead and applied and let it dry and removal is as simple as using your windshield wipers, a car wash, or just a little bit of window fluid and cleaning it off. The very next day after applying this I used the hose and blasted the windshield. Even during the worst of it, I didn’t really see the water beading up on the glass, pulling up, I could hear the water hitting the windshield, but there was nothing sticking on there and it was good visibility. I was extremely impressed. A few days later, it rained and none of the effects that I had previously were noticed. I had to use my wipers And other than the glass being clear. It was almost like I did not use this product or none remain. I am not big on companies that embellish their products or flat out lie the buyers hoping for a quick sale on a junk product. I checked the description of this product again, and the majority of the entire description is telling us this removes oil and other contaminants and creates a clear looking glass. We are going on a month now and my glass is still clear. Although the water doesn’t magically roll off and create a situation where you do not need wipers anymore, but the windows themselves are perfectly clear with no oily residue. That alone is very impressive. When I weighed the entire results and reviewed the description again I felt this product is almost 100% as described. My windows are still clear and that is the main reason for forgetting it.Because of that I am not removing any stars and I will continue to use this oil remover to keep my windows clear. This product easily earns five stars.

The media could not be loaded. I recently tried the automotive oil film cleaning brush and was somewhat disappointed with the results. The product, advertised as a comprehensive solution for removing oil film and preventing rain and fog on car glass, only partially lived up to its claims. While it did have some effect in cleaning the glass, it fell short of being a complete solution. Despite this, it might still be useful for those looking for a minor improvement in clarity, but manage your expectations regarding its effectiveness.

Did not work at all, total waste Bought this to remove oil film from my windshield, followed the directions exactly, but it made zero difference. Looks and feels the same as before. Don’t waste your money

I tried using this product on my car windows, both on a dry and wet surface, and was thoroughly unimpressed with the results. Despite following the instructions, I still had to do a lot of extra cleaning and scrubbing afterward. It didn't live up to its claims at all. Definitely not worth the money—feels like a total scam. Would not recommend it.
